With church friends at Table Rock in June 2011, after doing calls at dusk and seeing a low military helicopter, the witness and his father heard a very loud sharp-pitched scream from over the mountain at 2:15am that rose and dropped. It repeated five times and they thought it sounded female or teenage. A voice recorder on sensitivity did not capture it and a trail cam only got a bird.
Wood knocks through window while witness in bed
The witness was lying in bed at home with the window open in the evening and heard two knocks described as sounding like a rock or large branch hitting a tree. About 30 to 45 seconds later two more similar knocks were heard. The witness felt nervous, listened afterward but heard nothing further, and judged the sound unlike noises from a nearby mill.

The witness and a companion were preparing to collect firewood on a mountain road when their dog ran into the brush, yelped, and fled back to the truck to hide. Both men then watched a tall, dark-brown, upright creature move quickly through dense brush about thirty feet away. The witness noted the dog's fearful reaction was highly unusual for a dog accustomed to bears and cougars.

The witness reported hearing crashing in a wooded ravine below the house on June 4, 2011 and then seeing a chest-high figure that stared for about a minute before descending out of view. No tracks were recovered because the witness avoided the ravine where the creature was thought to stay.

After noticing a foul litter-like odor, the witness heard a loud knock, whistles, and rustling, then had large rocks repeatedly thrown toward camp. After hearing an extremely loud angry whoop, the witness fled by car while loud noises moved through brush alongside the road.

The witness and a companion were clearing branches in a logged area behind the house when they found rock piles and ten small grass bundles containing field mice. The dogs became agitated and a thrown rock struck the witness's hand. No animal was seen, but wood-on-wood knocking was heard several times over the next few hours.

The witness was walking a dog on a trail on a mesa when the dog growled and pulled left. The witness saw a tan-colored with red tint, long-haired biped peek from behind a pine tree and then walk away to the west on two legs. After a gasp the steps paused and withdrew toward the trees, leaving the impression of an unafraid watcher.

The witness went to a remote riverside spot at night with only a dog to start a campfire. The dog began barking intensely toward the river, and the witness then heard multiple large rocks splash into the water. After checking with a flashlight and seeing no source and noting no signs of other people, the witness put the dog in the vehicle and left.

The witness was camping and skipping rocks by a river with a child and dog near sunset. The dog stared across the river and bristled, prompting the witness to look across. The witness saw a large bulky figure at the far bank that rose from a crouch, turned, and walked into brush out of view. The figure was estimated to be about 165 yards away and much larger and wider than a person.
Night hikers possibly stalked near Bee Tree Preserve
Late at night while hiking with a companion, the witness rested at a picnic table and shone a headlamp toward a hillside. The light revealed three sets of large green eyeshine, one pair of which appeared to rise to about nine feet high. After watching the eyes approach, freeze, and fade away, the pair left the area frightened.

While morel hunting on private property, the witness heard trees cracking and loud deep yells from about forty feet away as woods went silent, with his dog returning submissive and bristled. He retreated to his truck and later on another part of the property found tracks crossing a creek and going up a thirty-foot bank where a four-inch tree had been freshly broken off.

The witness was hunting mushrooms on private land near a state park when the woods went silent and he felt watched. He heard loud yells, breaking trees and footsteps that moved when he moved, and his dog returned frightened and submissive. He left quickly, later found large tracks crossing a creek and a freshly broken tree, and learned horses nearby had been agitated all week.

The witness was fishing near a lake dam in the afternoon and noticed a large upright creature standing next to a tree in tall grass, with its head just below branches about 10 feet up. The sighting lasted about a minute; when the witness looked down while walking toward it and then back up, the creature was gone.

The witness was guiding a fishing charter by boat in a remote refuge in the morning when a reddish-brown hairy biped was seen searching a sand bank. The creature approached to close range, stood erect and faced the boat for several seconds, vocalized, then left quietly into mangroves. The sighting lasted about two minutes and was watched by the guide and two clients.

Late at night the witness and a relative went outside to check a heavy thud behind the house. They saw a deer run past, then a very tall hair-covered human-like figure approach from the woods. After a shotgun shot was fired toward the treeline, the figure veered closer, stopped nearby, then moved along the treeline into the woods where it remained visible for several minutes. A strong odor was noticed and large footprints were found the next day.

A family visiting their newly purchased wooded property for a picnic found a large bare footprint on a mowed slope. The witness's spouse spotted the print after the witness had walked over it without noticing. The witness then found two additional partial impressions nearby and a strange stick structure behind the cabin, which were photographed with scale and measurements.

The witness and a companion were scouting for a game-camera location when the companion fired a pistol. They then heard prolonged hooting twice and loud knocking. They drove and hiked toward the direction of the sounds, found only elk and bear tracks, and set a camera by a creek before leaving.
