Tree break in California
While alone at a campfire in an otherwise empty campground section, the guest heard something large breaking trees coming down the mountain toward him, then silence. Over the next period loud snaps occurred directly across the creek within about fifty feet, but shining a light revealed nothing. The camp host later reacted with a surprised look when told and said bears were rare there.

While fishing alone as a teenager, the witness heard movement and watched a tall dark-haired creature come down a steep hill easily, squat on a rock about forty yards away, and scoop water to drink twice. Odor near Laporte, Minnesota
While deer hunting over about ten years in northern Minnesota, the witness repeatedly smelled strong rotting-flesh odor with unusually quiet woods. Searches never found a carcass, and nothing was seen. The witness now wonders if it was related to Bigfoot after hearing similar reports.

Footsteps
When the witness was eight or nine his father woke him early Sunday saying he heard and felt something like a Clydesdale running through the yard, felt in his second-floor bed. The witness heard nothing. No further explanation was given.

As a small child the witness walked through tall grass mowed by his father and saw huge pressed-down impressions with a very large human-like scat in the middle. Adults dismissed it as deer sign. He remains unsure what it was.

Recently the witness stepped onto the back porch at night when it was dead quiet. He heard a loud boom like a massive tree falling, then indistinct mumbled voices that then stopped. He was unsure if it was storm damage or something else.

While driving a truck route early in the morning the witness saw a huge human-shaped shadow so black it absorbed light walk across the road some distance ahead. He was not then interested in the subject and dismissed it as fatigue.
Scream
A hunter friend used the woods behind the witness house and set a tree stand. Coming out around 7am he said something like a bulldozer ripped trees yards away while screaming, with his headlamp on. He said he would never return and has not.

At about twenty-three the witness sat watching TV when a loud boom like a truck backing into the house shook paintings and rattled the TV. He went outside with a flashlight and found nothing there.
Scream
As a teen the witness and a friend sat by a fire when a twenty-foot sapling shook violently with loud awful screaming like a dying goat. Nothing was visible in the flashlight beam. The shaking and screaming moved across the yard into another corner then into the woods.
Rock throwing
After winter the witness met his partner at a remote river in daylight. A rock flew over the truck on arrival. Every cast was then matched by a rock hitting exactly where the lure landed, so they packed up and left.

The witness joined researchers who knocked and whooped without result. On exiting, marble-sized blinking lights appeared, then a baseball-sized orb grew to exercise-ball size and moved through trees. Two eight-foot sets of glowing white eyes appeared, later four, seen in night vision as a large headed outline behind brush. A low wedge cloud with a smoky sparkling tail vanished when viewed, and a black mass crossed the field.

The witness took local researchers to the lakeshore in daylight to show where activity occurred. They found a pile of over a hundred freshwater mussel shells with a large impression in the reeds. No footprints were noted.
