A bus driver kept lights on a forest while a child walked alone toward the bus and saw a very hairy bigfoot watching. When it started running toward the child, the driver ran out screaming toward it, it ran back into the forest, and the driver grabbed the child and left. Parents in that area are now said to walk children to the bus or leave a vehicle for them.

The guest's younger sister walked early toward the bus stop and saw a tall dark figure on the pavement running in a zigzag and closing quickly. She described a hood-like appearance with long hairy black arms, ran home crying, and an uncle went out with a bat. The figure was then seen far away on a hill overlooking the community.

A group unable to carry children with physical disabilities left them together at a hogan with fire and food while fleeing fighting. About nine years later returning relatives found smoke, grown children, firewood, food and soup. The children said a hairy man cared for them, carried away sick children and returned them well, made fire and soup and protected them.

An in-law in a very isolated slot-canyon area lost lambs, baby goats, puppies and kittens night after night amid howling and screaming. The being worked up to larger animals and tried to get into the house. The resident heard dogs trying to get inside and was too afraid to open the door.

A family at a ranch watched a red-haired being over nine feet tall step over a five-foot corral, grab a calf, break its neck with an audible snap and carry it away over its shoulder. They tracked it about nine miles to a mesa cave with a strong death-like smell and turned back. After stashing guns, they later shot at it together as it approached the corral again, and it covered its face and walked off.

The guest's father-in-law reportedly saw eyeshine repeatedly at a creek very close to the house where the family lived. Every morning he prayed at the fence line and left food at the creek for the being. The guest learned of this only after years of helping there.

The guest's uncle left a trailer window open and a large black-haired, gorilla-like being put its head and shoulder inside and reached halfway into the room. The uncle threw his dog at it, then chased it outside and fired a rifle as it ran toward a wash. The shot was followed by a loud thud, a screaming sound like a woman, and sounds of it collapsing and running off into the night.

The guest describes growing up hearing something trying to get into family trailers and homes at night, running on roofs and hitting doors, while dogs fought, cried and then disappeared. Some dogs were found dead and torn, with no blood, and livestock slowly went missing. The family felt they were being used like a grocery store and said attempts were made to take older female relatives.

Late night encounter in the Rough Creek area
The witness and his teenage son were deer hunting and sleeping on the ground after forgetting tent poles. While asleep, the witness felt fingers gently touching his beard and noticed a strong odor like burnt hair and decomposing meat. He sat up and roared, and the visitor fled on two legs through thick brush, loudly crunching dry leaves. A flashlight search found no tracks.

Below the normal area the couple found a large hand-dug hole without claw marks. On the muddy trail they found a single large bare footprint with toes and no shoe tread heading away, and nearby a mole split in half with insides apparently removed.

The couple photographed a single-file line of bare footprints in mud coming from the water up into brush at low tide. The line was described as tightrope-like. The guest interprets this as use of waterways.

The guest established a second gifting spot behind a boulder using two flat rocks as cover. Within days the rocks had been returned to their original positions and the gifts were gone.

As retold by the guest, a store clerk said that while guarding equipment overnight, loud yelling, objects thrown at the trailer, and rocking continued all night until daylight. In the morning broken sticks were found stuck in the ground surrounding the trailer.

While filming music footage and smudging over a mushroom, a very loud reverberating call came from the forest with no one else around. Both the guest and spouse heard it. The sound was left at the end of the released music video.

At the gifting area the guest perceived a very low surrounding grumble that the spouse sensed but did not hear the same way. On another visit after an absence, they heard a whoop from the forest on entry. Sticks were also found jammed in the car door crack.

A yard angel statue with crystals disappeared piece by piece from the side yard. After discussing it on return from the forest spot, the couple found a very large pine cone not typical of the area exactly where the statue had been, which had not been there when they left.

The guest and spouse left objects at a secluded stump and documented positions. Items were moved, then on the guest's birthday everything was gone and new objects including a glass owl and star brooch were left. They later associated those objects with two women they met months later.

While watching what looked like a dark stump on a flat ocean rock near a breaching whale and an approaching fishing boat, the guest saw it stand up very tall and [name withheld]. It then entered the water, moved chest-high toward the boat pushing water, and submerged as the boat sped away. Photos and video were taken before it moved, but not of the charge itself.

On the same general trip, the guest's former spouse perceived something coming down the mountainside during the day while the guest was fishing. She could not explain it. The guest suggests something may have followed them.
