A neighbor across the field told the witness she heard odd noises and later saw a glow outside. She opened a blind and saw an eight-foot figure looking through the window at her. She tried to wake her sleeping husband, but it was gone by the time he woke.

While trying to recall a puppy from woods with copperheads, the witness saw large amber-red almond eyes peering sideways from behind paired trees. She spoke to it asking to leave the puppy alone, fetched her son, got the dog and went inside.

The guest said he was driving slowly home in foggy conditions around two in the morning with his family after a show. A tall thin gray figure crossed from left to right and stopped in front of his vehicle, turned to look at him and his wife while the children slept, then continued across and moved brush aside to enter the woods. He said both adults were frozen with fear and ran inside the house without looking out the windows.

Within weeks of the whoops and scream, the witness's daughter walked home late at night. She heard what sounded like a huge tree crashing near the river across from the property, the same area as the earlier scream.

A man scouting new hunting land with family and a friend camped after flooding blocked access. After he yelled at coyotes, an extremely loud scream silenced them. Something circled the camp most of the night crashing through trees while they kept a large fire and played music.

The witness relayed his uncle's earlier experience after the aunt heard loud noises below. The uncle went to the basement with a machete and fought a creature the household called the thing. The creature fled after the fight.

Two friends hunting with pellet guns cut across a wide power line through tall sawgrass as it got dark and heard a whoop-like sound. At the bottom looking up a muddy rocky ridge they saw something stand up and stare, then drop back down. After climbing to the top they heard fast running and crashing brush and hid in the grass, frightened.
Property disturbance in Washington (2011)
The guest camped with his wife and two young daughters in February. During the night something dumped their recycling box, walked heavily past and brushed the tent, splashed across the river, approached through shallow water, and threw several large basketball-sized rocks into the lagoon. The guest experienced a voice in his head scolding him for calling it a bad bear, then it walked away making baby-like sounds. Next day he photographed a very large track and rock indentations and learned rangers find prints in the area.

The guest and a companion were camping in North Florida and sitting by a campfire in the early morning. They heard tree knocks from opposite directions followed by multiple fist-sized rocks crashing down nearby, then a much larger boulder after the companion threw a rock back. No one else at the expedition reported hearing anything, and they estimated the thrower would have been at least seventy-five yards away.

In 2011 hunters near Cultus Lake were yelled at by something in the woods during hunting season and packed up and left, which the guest recalls as the most aggressive local report he has received.

A player said he came out of a cabin and saw a huge man-like silhouette motionless under another cabin awning. He thought it was a participant about to attack, then walked away and the figure was gone.

A married couple staying at the event reported that when one went toward the bathhouse, a tree began shaking violently with no cause seen. The witness turned and went back to the cabin without telling staff at the time.

In 2011 while hiking Black Elk Peak the witness's children [name withheld] and [name withheld] saw a fifteen-inch bare human-like foot track. The witness was present with the children but reports their observation.

The guest, his wife and a friend camped at Marie Lake in a new tent and woke to find the rainfly and mesh ripped on the wife's side with pooled yellowish urine on top. No one woke during the night, including dogs. They taped the tent and later returned it.

The witness returned late from work on Fourth of July weekend to the family farmhouse. The dogs refused to go outside and stayed glued to him. Over about an hour, loud triple knocks moved from the far woods to a dead tree, then the metal barn causing horses to break out, then a car close to the house. A neighbor later found four marks where the witness heard three hits.

The guest describes fishing with five others in low water at Brushy Creek in 2011. As they left single file at dark, something crashed through brush very close without being seen. After a rock was thrown toward the sound, it stopped and the group left.

The guest and his friend were camped on a paid BFRO expedition in North Florida. Around 3 a.m. they heard tree knocks from opposite directions, then fist-sized rocks landed near them over 15 minutes. After his friend threw one back, a much larger boulder crashed down close by, ending the activity.

A vendor who had spoken with two fishermen went to meet a friend to investigate. Looking up a hillside toward the campground loop he first thought he saw his friend in a jacket, then realized there were two figures gliding uphill too fast to be his friend with bad knees.
