After staking a chicken killed in daytime, the guest returned about 11 p.m. to find it still in the fence. He heard a sizable thing ducked in tall grass making separate hand and foot adjustments over a six-foot span but saw nothing even shining a bright light over the fence. A sharp stick break in the woods then alarmed him and he left.
Vacationing family observes & photographs a large hair covered figure in Grayson Highlands State Park
A group of ten vacationers at a scenic overlook noticed a large dark figure about 200 yards below them. The figure was initially crouched and appeared to dig or pull at something, then stood, walked to a tree, observed the group, and eventually moved deeper into the forest out of view over about five minutes. Photos were taken by the group, while two unrelated visitors who also photographed it left quickly appearing scared.

Likely Sasquatch activity around farm property near Green River gamelands
At about 2 a.m. during a break in a storm, the witness heard something at the backyard wire fence and went outside armed with a relative. They heard footsteps and loud cracks first mistaken for gunfire and fired weapons toward the sound. The cracking was then recognized as wood splitting as a huge tree was pushed over, crashing down and shaking the house, after which the family heard loud footfalls running away.
Campers awakened by heavy bipedal footsteps in Uwharrie National Forest
The witness and companions were camping overnight when they were awakened about 1 a.m. by loud, heavy bipedal footsteps moving around their campsites and breaking branches and leaves near the wood line. They judged the source to be very large and heavy and ruled out deer, horse, or bear because it walked like a person on two feet. No vocalizations were heard, no footprints were found, and no food was disturbed.
Homeowner has nighttime sighting near Edwardsville
Around 1 a.m. at home, the witness heard a throat-clearing sound and looked out a hallway window toward the yard. Using night vision, the witness watched a large human-like figure standing about 40 yards away between the woods and a shed, staring up into the trees. The figure was gone by the time the witness tried to have another household member see it.

The witness was driving at night with her son when headlights revealed a large hairy figure by the road. The figure stood on two legs, carried a white object in its hand, and walked then ran on two legs in the direction of travel before leaving the lights into the woods. The witness returned the next day and noted the escape route was uphill and a chicken coop was nearby.

A couple driving to a hunting spot in late morning saw a tall hairy biped running alongside their truck near Highway 66. The creature came to the far side of the highway and then veered away in a wide arc, watched for about thirty seconds. The wife saw the most detail when it looked toward the vehicle, noting facial features, long hair, wide shoulders and large hands and feet.

The witness was fishing from a boat in the afternoon when they noticed movement on a hillside about 20 yards away. A grey, roughly seven-to-eight-foot-tall figure holding trees paused when spotted, then moved back up the hill and stood briefly before continuing uphill silently. The witness left without approaching the vegetated shoreline and told a friend days later.

Four friends camped overnight near a river. After a distant yelp, a companion reported seeing a large shape by the river that could not be made out in the dark. Later the two awake witnesses heard a loud knock on a tree near camp and then bipedal footsteps circling the tent, including contact brushing the tent, before the sounds moved away. A daylight check found no tracks.

The witness left a bedroom to turn off an outdoor faucet near the wood shop just after dark in mid-September. While approaching the faucet, the witness heard a brief howl directed toward them, followed by a second howl with growls at the start and end. The witness's dog barked, and the witness imitated the sound with no response.
Bowhunter hears a massive crash and possible screams in the Ocala National Forest
The witness was bow hunting from a tree stand in Ocala National Forest. About 45 minutes after daylight he heard a loud crash he interpreted as something large thrown toward him from about 250 feet away, followed by a very loud scream that continued as the source moved away for at least 1,000 yards. He stayed in the stand out of fear and did not see the source because the forest was too thick.

The witness was driving south alone at night when a large hairy biped crossed the road in front of the car in two strides and dropped into roadside bushes. The creature was described as tall and thickly built with long hair, a conical head, very long arms and very large feet, running upright without looking at the car. The witness did not stop to investigate because it was dark.
Private contractor spots a tall tree-peeker during a meeting outside Orlando
The witness was attending a daytime work meeting at a remote construction site southeast of Orlando when he noticed movement along a distant tree line. He watched a large hair-covered bipedal figure peek from behind trees as if observing the group, then walk away on two legs after a couple minutes. Shortly after the meeting he inspected the spot and found crushed undergrowth and a trail, estimating the figure's height at about eight feet by comparing to tree limbs. No other members of the group appeared to notice the figure.

A couple sitting on their front porch watched a large dark figure crouched at the treeline. When a deer darted out, the figure stood on two legs and chased the deer back into the woods with fast, graceful motion. The next evening they compared the husband at the same spot and estimated the figure at 7.5 to 8 feet tall.

The witness and the witness's young daughter left their tent at a campground around 1 a.m. to use the restroom after hearing rustling behind the tent. They saw a tall white-furred figure standing beside a pine tree looking at them. They went back into the tent without speaking, confirmed they had seen the same thing, stayed awake, and heard more rustling and distant dogs through the night.

The witness reported being on Pigeon Mountain on the night of September 27, 2011, when he heard a deep growl followed by a long mellow scream unlike familiar local animals. He was traveling on the main road across the wooded mountaintop in cool and clear conditions. Nothing was seen and no other witnesses were present.

The witness was part of a 10-person fire crew walking a fire line at night. After the crew leader alerted the group to something in unburned brush, the witness saw multiple sets of yellowish-green eyes about 100 feet away moving quickly, then one set remained squatted low and stared directly. The crew made noise and the witness approached to within about 40-50 feet before backing off when the figure did not flee, after which the crew lined up and left the area.

The witness and a companion visited Bachelor's Grove in the afternoon to check structures described in a prior report. They observed hand-made tree pyramids, an X, and an arch, heard a siren-like sound and faint mumbling voices, and saw no unknown animals. After the companion left, the witness found a large old footprint with visible toes and additional faint impressions forming a long-stride trackway.
Daytime road crossing near Forks
The witness was riding in a car on LaPush Road in mid-morning when a tall creature crossed the road in front of traffic. The witness described it moving fluidly with a very long stride, clearing the pavement in two to three steps and entering very thick woods. Other drivers also swerved to avoid hitting it.
