Two sets of tracks found near Lake DeGray
The witness reported hearing heavy movement near fruit trees and her husband later heard loud bipedal running and snorting behind their shop. Days later she found large and small barefoot tracks on the road in front of the house and in the yard, which she photographed and measured. Her husband and son also saw the tracks.
Possible sighting by duck hunter near Wakaw
The witness had been duck hunting and got his truck stuck in mud, then started walking to find help. While walking along a grid road in rain he saw a large broad-shouldered figure move very fast into a treed valley and disappear after a few strides. At the apparent crossing point he found a single large water-filled footprint. Earlier that day he had found seven dead birds packed under a crop swath a few hundred yards away.

Later near a dried marsh they found widely spaced tracks that turned and appeared to run toward cover, accompanied by a strong foul odor. On August 24 at dusk the witness was preparing dinner at a forest-edge campsite when a very loud ascending swooping cry came from the hillside above, followed by several higher shrieks. The witness felt watched during dinner and again when returning to the same spot two nights later, though nothing further was heard. An investigator later visited the area and reported a possible large footprint on the hillside.

After storms, the witness drove alone at night to a park to watch for activity. Looking down a private lane near a parking lot, she saw a set of large blue-white eyes high off the ground with smaller similar lights below. The eyes stayed still then swayed while the smaller lights moved and appeared and disappeared, prompting her to leave. She returned shortly with relatives but found no trace.

The witness's husband and another adult were sitting with boys camping in the woods on a moonlit night when the husband noticed a figure moving between trees, with moonlight visible between its legs. The group left the woods, and the next day the witness found footprints and poured a mold of one, plus other ground and vegetation signs. The investigator later reported the couple described a seven-foot-tall, wide-shouldered creature with a cone-shaped head and no neck.

The witness was hiking with his wife on a lakeside trail and kneeling to photograph mosses when he noticed a large footprint in soft soil. He photographed it from overhead and with his shoe for scale, but found no other prints due to heavy leaf litter. About a mile from Highway 4 they noticed a line of large deep impressions in the snow on the shoulder and stopped to examine them. The impressions lacked toe detail after melting and freezing, measured about 16 inches long, and formed a straight line with strides of 56 to 60 inches that the witness could not match. The witness photographed the trail and submitted it as a possible track trail.

The witness explored a clearcut in Coos County Forest looking for hiking routes and found a bare footprint larger than his boot with visible toes. After rain washed the area, he returned and found additional larger and smaller impressions with a roughly six-foot stride, and later found similar long impressions on harder ground nearby. On a return visit he also heard repeated short whistle-like sounds receding from the creek area but saw no source.

The impression was deeper than nearby bear tracks, showed no claw marks, was documented with a boot for scale, and could be traced for about a hundred feet. On June 20, 2004 around 2 a.m., the witness was watching TV at home when she noticed a large dark shadow looking in through full-length windows facing the woods. The shape moved when she turned off the TV, and she remained in the recliner overnight. The next morning she found two very large hand-like prints on the glass that she judged to be non-human based on her fingerprint training.

Something rushed past in the dark and the witness fired shots, then resupplied and smelled a strong fecal and wet-grass odor. From a rooftop perch the witness watched a tall dark figure by a school bus that looked toward him, crouched, then ran away, accompanied by strange howl-growl sounds from dogs nearby.
