He found a truck door open, then two rocks came from an uphill ridge, one landing in front of the truck and a larger one passing close to him. During a severe nighttime windstorm with power out, the witness looked out an upstairs window toward a chicken coop and saw a tall dark bipedal figure silhouetted against the coop. The figure faced the house then turned and left quickly toward the woods. Household members downstairs and upstairs simultaneously heard guttural howl-like and whoop-like sounds with growls, and dogs barked intensely. Next morning a heavy trash bin lid was found displaced opposite the wind direction with trash bags missing and a trash trail into the woods.

The witness was sitting in a deer stand above a creek in heavily wooded bottomland waiting for deer. After smelling a musky odor and hearing leaves rustling behind the stand, the witness turned and saw a large dark-brown hairy biped across the creek about 60 yards away walking parallel to the water. The creature briefly turned its head toward the witness, continued swiftly with its arms swinging, and stayed in view for 10 to 15 seconds before moving away through trees.

The witness and her husband stayed at a rental cabin near Leavenworth. Over two nights they heard single loud wood knocks in the evening, including knocks heard from the hot tub area and near their car. Later at night rocks struck the exterior bedroom walls, and the next morning the witness found two rocks lying on the soil. No animal or person was seen causing the sounds.

On a sunny morning the witness stepped onto the deck to check on a barking dog and watched a black two-legged human-like figure walk past the end of the driveway for about 12 seconds until it disappeared behind trees. The figure was described as hunching then straightening, with long swinging arms and its head turned away. Later that day the witness found bent weeds and faint barefoot-like depressions where the figure had reportedly come from the woods.

The witness was bowhunting alone uphill on an old railroad grade when he heard something heavy running ahead on the other side of the ridge. As he continued quietly, he heard a rushing sound overhead, then something struck a tree and the ground behind him, leaving a sapling branch bouncing. He found only a large thick slab of bark on the ground that he thought did not match the local regrowth, then abandoned the hunt feeling watched and uneasy.

After midnight an on-duty officer searching for a stolen snowmobile along a river heard loud crashing and heavy running in a treeline. He then found large human-like footprints in snow, with two larger sets and one smaller set, showing a long stride and signs of running. He and two deputies photographed the tracks and interpreted the trail as individuals scouting, pausing, and circling before leaving, then withdrew from the area.

A group of four was camped overnight in a remote riverside campground. About 3 a.m. the witness, sleeping in a vehicle, woke to rustling and watched a large dark figure hunched over the picnic table going through bags and trash from about 15 feet away. Companions in tents heard rustling and grunting. In the morning there was no scattered trash, but a charcoal bag showed marks and some contents missing.

A couple staying overnight on the screened porch of a wooded cabin report two nights of disturbance in June 2017. The first night included talk-like and giggling sounds followed by an hour of limbs breaking all around them.
