Strange occurrences at a rural cabin near West Union causes owner to put it up for sale

A couple staying overnight on the screened porch of a wooded cabin report two nights of disturbance in June 2017. The first night included talk-like and giggling sounds followed by an hour of limbs breaking all around them. The second night something vocalized loudly near the creek, rushed toward the cabin causing felt impacts, then ran off breaking wood. The next morning they found widespread broken limbs and a snapped tree but no footprints, and did not return.

Witnesses reported finding numerous broken and downed limbs the next morning and one huge tree snapped like a twig.
Investigator located a large limb broken at the trunk but still partially attached, with split snapped wood and no sign of human tools or rope marks.
Measurements: 4 1/2 - 5 inches thick; break about 7 ft off ground
Investigator filmed the property investigation while searching for the broken limb.
Investigator found three squarish holes dug in a row plus deer hair, skull, jawbone and small bone fragments near the tree.
Measurements: hair about 30 feet from limb; skull about 10-12 feet; jawbone about 5 feet from tree base
