Object throwing in Washington
Account
On the most recent Fourth of July the couple camped quietly at the property while fireworks sounded six miles away and wildlife vocalized all around. A small fir cone flew horizontally from brush and hit the guest, followed by wood knocks, footsteps and a melodic sing-song howl that seemed to approach closer. Next morning they heard a loud echoing roar up Dow Creek and later found thick coke-can-sized scat containing bones and hair.
