Tree break in Washington (2016)
Account
The guest and a girlfriend camped in solitude at a high overlook above Lake Cushman in July 2016. When he lit a campfire on a calm evening and smoke drifted over the valley edge, a large standing dead tree crashed down downhill. He perceived it as an intentional push because there was no wind and of the exact timing with the smoke.
