Sasquatch sighting near New Meadows, Idaho (2026)
A group of about ten young campers spent Memorial weekend at a secluded forest clearing. After earlier strange sounds and a brief sighting, one camper encountered a tall bipedal figure near the camp bathroom area and alerted the group. Several campers armed themselves, moved children into a vehicle, fired warning shots, and pursued the figure toward a nearby friends camp where they reported being circled by three tall dark-furred bipeds. The following mornings the group reported handprints on vehicles, footprints, nests, and broken-tree crosses and teepee structures around both camps.
Rock throwing near Neosho, Missouri (2025)
Three young men walked a trail at night in a conservation area to look for a pond. Rocks were thrown toward two of them from the woods, strange pacing, a low growl, and rhythmic booming sounds followed them. They found fresh green trees snapped and laid across the trail blocking the path, then were hurried out by more rock throws and close movement before the woods went quiet and normal night sounds returned near the car.

Claimed activity includes rocks hitting the roof, female-like screams and other loud vocalizations, knocking sounds, trees breaking, and something striking the house. The witness went archery hunting on personal property before daylight and found a small tree near the shooting lane pushed over. After climbing into the tree stand and turning off a headlamp, the witness heard loud knocks like a stick hitting a tree from about 100 yards away in the woods, first four knocks then later two knocks. No figure was seen.

Over about four years the household noticed odd sounds, smells and disturbances around their wooded Texas property. They heard voice-like calls, hoots, growls and repeated wood knocks, found scat, stripped and snapped trees, and missing bait. A wide bare footprint with a deep heel was later found in a raised garden bed after crops were taken, though neither person ever saw an animal.

Three hunters were sitting around a campfire at a remote deer camp when they saw two amber lights in the woods where grouse carcasses had been discarded. After the lights went out and all animal sounds stopped, they heard bipedal footsteps approach, then throat-like gibberish speech behind camp and a large tree crack and fall nearby. Two distinct running departures were heard, and the next morning they found the fallen dead tree.

After losing sleep they left for a family cabin and returned next morning to find the tent zipper partly open with the lantern still on.

At daylight they found broken branches and bare-foot slide marks, then broke camp and left.
