Two people camped overnight on a ridge to do night research with call blasting and wood knocks around a fire. Through the night they heard return knocks, unidentified howls and loud sigh-like sounds, and a rock landed near one of them when he stepped away from the fire. In the morning they found a line of large flat footprints that they measured and cast.

The witness discovered a track way in fresh snow in the early morning after a heavy overnight snowfall, noting it had not been present the day before. The track way passed beside the home and into the woods with a consistent stride of about 52 inches and was photographed with a ruler for scale. The maker was not observed and details were obscured by additional snowfall, but the witness interpreted the tracks as made by a Sasquatch.

The father-in-law found large tracks in snow while going to burn trash and called the reporter. The reporter came over, photographed and measured 17.5-inch prints with strides up to 4.5 feet, and followed them to a steep creek ravine that the maker ascended without slipping. No creature was seen, and a sample of discolored snow was collected.

The animal reportedly kicked a back leg, turned to look at the witness, and remained standing. On the morning of December 15, 2013, a fresh inline trackway was spotted from a kitchen window and four people went out to examine it. They followed the large deep prints from the woods behind the house through the backyard and front yard, down a driveway across neighboring property toward a lake. Looking in the rearview mirror, they saw a hairy figure peeking from behind a tree about 60 feet away, watching the car, then moving to a second tree before disappearing from view. About 20 minutes later a cow elk walked through the same area, which the witness used to estimate the figure's height at about six feet.

The witness was backpacking with a relative and a group at an alpine lake and went to explore the shore alone in the evening. She found many barefoot prints of different sizes that were unusually deep in mud and showed what she interpreted as a mid-tarsal break. The witness and two companions camped in the Mt Hood National Forest with a barrel of animal entrails intended as bait. Over three days they reported loud screams from a nearby ridge, nighttime wood knocks, heavy steps and snapping twigs, and found their camp table apparently bitten through. They moved the bait pile away from camp, later found most of it missing with a wet sweet dog-like odor at the site.

Two people exploring logging roads by jeep stopped to scout a side road on foot. They heard knocking sounds like a stick hitting a tree, then a very loud prolonged cracking like a thick log breaking nearby. They left without seeing any people or vehicles that could explain the noises. A photo taken toward the sounds was later thought to contain something odd but was deemed inconclusive.

The witness was photographing along the tree line on the south side of the lake when she heard a close grunting-snorting sound followed by a deep growl without seeing the source. Shaken, she returned toward two fishermen and then left across the dam, photographing a large print in the mud. From the car area she heard the same loud vocalization coming from across the lake where she had been and saw the fishermen hurrying across the dam, after which all parties left.

The witness reported ongoing activity near a forested home beginning in early spring 2013. During an initial walk in pines, he heard an extremely loud knock that frightened him and later heard whistles from the woods. He also reported finding multiple large and small track sets. An investigator filed the account on his behalf and continued working with him.

In April 2013 the guest took his teenage son camping at a just-opened campground off Highway 14 along the Columbia River. During a daytime walk they found an old large track, opened clam shells out of place, a fresh vine-maple twist tucked behind a fir, an 18-inch footprint beneath it, and several pushed or tossed trees. That night in camp they heard branch-breaking, felt the tarps pulled, heard splashing, felt vibration waves, and heard two wood knocks before leaving exhausted in the morning.

Ahead, the witness saw a very large dark hairy biped walking along the path shoulder for several seconds before it crossed the path and descended into a wooded gully. The witness left and returned about an hour later with another dog and found and photographed a large footprint where the creature had walked.

The witness was in the process of buying a vacant house and found a line of large barefoot-like impressions in snow and mud along the side of the garage toward the backyard. The prints showed toes, deep toe depression and a short stride close to the building, and were photographed with the witness's shoe for scale. The witness reported seeing only incoming tracks and requested review of the photos, noting doubt about a hoax due to the secluded location.
