After ruling out known animals, they concluded the sounds were two Sasquatch communicating.

Two campers floating and fishing the Lower Buffalo River heard loud monkey-like vocalizations from the bank and later camped on a gravel bar. Through the night they reported repeated wood knocks, yells, chatter, whistles, a tree snap, and cantaloupe-sized rocks landing in the river from the ridge across from camp. They lit the camp, kept fire watch in shifts, and at dawn packed and paddled out after a final rock fell in front of them.

He found teepee-like stick structures, snapped saplings he could not break, and downed trees funneling movement into a wash. From a field with a large quartz rock he saw a dark shape in a distant tree.

The witness and companions were elk hunting and hiking up Spencer Butte on a rainy morning when two of them heard a distant yowl. At the top the witness found an alder shaking without wind and heard something moving away. Shortly after the witness found a large left-foot print with distinct toes in mud and gravel and photographed it.
Vocalization in Texas (2020)
Over about four years the household noticed odd sounds, smells and disturbances around their wooded Texas property. They heard voice-like calls, hoots, growls and repeated wood knocks, found scat, stripped and snapped trees, and missing bait. A wide bare footprint with a deep heel was later found in a raised garden bed after crops were taken, though neither person ever saw an animal.

The witness was cleaning and preparing an auction site in the mountains when large barefoot tracks were found that dwarfed the witness's own foot. A few days later around midday a massive dark bipedal figure was seen leaning from behind a tree, was photographed, then left with heavy steps and a foul smell as the phone camera failed. That evening and the next night loud echoing vocalizations and loud bird-like whistles were heard while deer disappeared and the woods went silent.

A couple camping alone heard a tree fall, paired tree knocks, grunts, and a growl during the day and evening. After midnight, heavy human-like footsteps circled their tent and campfire, left, returned, then moved off as vehicle lights were flashed. Later the same day the pair hiked deep into the forest, first noting twisted broken branches pointed toward the trail. On a thicker, darker return trail they heard bipedal footsteps on both sides, a whistle, a deep vocal sound, and smelled a foul odor while the woods stayed silent. After reaching a logging clearing with empty cabins, they turned to see the back of a tall dark-haired biped before hurrying to a paved road where workers directed them out.

Two companions camped while hunting for five days near Dillon State Park. The witness and two companions camped in the Mt Hood National Forest with a barrel of animal entrails intended as bait. Over three days they reported loud screams from a nearby ridge, nighttime wood knocks, heavy steps and snapping twigs, and found their camp table apparently bitten through. They moved the bait pile away from camp, later found most of it missing with a wet sweet dog-like odor at the site.

The witness was photographing along the tree line on the south side of the lake when she heard a close grunting-snorting sound followed by a deep growl without seeing the source. Shaken, she returned toward two fishermen and then left across the dam, photographing a large print in the mud. From the car area she heard the same loud vocalization coming from across the lake where she had been and saw the fishermen hurrying across the dam, after which all parties left.

The witness and a companion visited Bachelor's Grove in the afternoon to check structures described in a prior report. They observed hand-made tree pyramids, an X, and an arch, heard a siren-like sound and faint mumbling voices, and saw no unknown animals. After the companion left, the witness found a large old footprint with visible toes and additional faint impressions forming a long-stride trackway.

The witness claims a family group has visited a rural wooded property regularly for nearly two years, typically evenings to early mornings several times a week. Reported activity includes footprints, wood knocks, odors, vocalizations, trail and structure formation, and direct sightings with food exchange and close interactions. An investigator visited the densely brushed property, observed extensive trails and shelter-like spots, and interviewed the household about four to five individuals of different sizes.
