The witness was fishing on the river in the late afternoon when he noticed a figure about 150 yards away in shallow water. The figure ignored his whistles, shouts, and arm-waving, splashed in place for about an hour, then stood and walked out of the water on two legs away from the village. Three friends were on a late-night bike ride and had stopped to talk by a pond. They noticed a tall tan-or-gray figure standing behind a tree in the darkness. As they approached, the figure moved bipedally across the path toward the woods and one witness saw it glance back. The group followed to the wood line and heard movement in the branches for a short time before silence.

On June 20, 2004 around 2 a.m., the witness was watching TV at home when she noticed a large dark shadow looking in through full-length windows facing the woods. The shape moved when she turned off the TV, and she remained in the recliner overnight. The witness was driving home south of Peshtigo at dusk when headlights caught a large dark creature crossing the highway in front of the car. The witness slowed and watched it cross the southbound lanes, median, and northbound lanes into the woods over several seconds. The witness also noticed a strong skunk-like odor, then secured the car and left the area.

The witness was grading a remote forest road around noon when he spotted a large hairy creature about 200 yards ahead standing by the road and looking at him. After watching for about a minute, the creature crossed the road in three steps and disappeared into the woods. The witness drove to the crossing point and found large human-like footprints and broken branches, left food and water, and found them untouched on his return pass.

The witness was driving on Interstate 59 toward Meridian with a relative around 3 a.m. in very heavy rain. A tall hair-covered biped came from the left and moved across the front of the vehicle. The driver slowed and swerved to avoid hitting it within a few feet, and it kept crossing to the east without stopping. Both occupants took the animal to be a bigfoot.

The creature was still and crouching with its back turned, exposing its back, shoulders, hips and upper buttocks with sparse reddish hair and visible musculature. After watching for a few seconds and not wanting to disturb it, she drove away.

The witness was riding horseback along a dirt road on a hillside in the afternoon when the horse shied sideways. She heard two heavy footsteps and vegetation being trampled close to the road. She then glimpsed a large white hairy figure moving quickly through the brush, only partly visible, before the sounds and figure disappeared suddenly.

The witness was driving past a flooded rice field in daylight when she noticed an unusual figure, turned around, and watched a huge hair-covered biped repeatedly bending over as if searching mud or shallow water. She photographed it through her car window, honked, and saw it leave. Officers later found large humanlike tracks in the identified area leading toward adjacent woods.

After being awakened around 1 a.m. by barking dogs and loud screaming and hollering sounds that lasted about ten minutes and came closer, the witness looked out a window and saw a tall hairy man-like figure standing at another window looking in. The witness hid, then later saw the figure walking away into the dark carrying something. A sour body odor was noticed during the presence, and deer jerky hanging on the front porch was missing the next morning.

The witness was hiking back toward the day-use lot in light rain after walking to the west end of the lake with a companion. After scuffing a foot on gravel, the witness heard a loud grunt and a large branch snap uphill, then saw a large reddish-brown hairy form crouched by a fallen tree about 40-50 ft away, partly hidden by undergrowth. The form stood, held an arm across the face area, looked back once, and left quickly and silently upright without dropping to all fours.

The witness was driving westbound toward Tok with a companion while towing a trailer. The witness noticed a tall, light-colored animal standing at the treeline with its back turned, reaching up a white-bark tree with its right arm. The witness stopped the truck to get a camera, but the animal was gone by the time they exited the truck. The witness later estimated its height at over nine feet by measuring a similar tree from memory.

The witness and his father were driving back toward their campsite in the national forest in the morning when they saw a large upright figure on and crossing the dirt road. The figure briefly stopped, looked toward them, then stepped off the road and walked downhill into the woods, at one point completely blocking a roadside sign from view. They drove to the spot where it left the road and found the brush undisturbed and no tracks.

The main witness was driving a feed truck north on Highway 17 when he rounded a curve and saw a tall dark figure standing in the roadway ahead. The figure was looking away from the road, and after the driver briefly looked away it had disappeared. The driver's relative later met him at the location and found matted grass near a fence and agitated cattle but no clear footprints.

In November 2004 the witness was talking on the phone in the kitchen at night when he saw a large bipedal animal run past the barn. The animal was illuminated by the yard light for two seconds or less at about fifty yards distance. He estimated its height by comparison to a six-foot barn door and described it as dark, furry, and stocky with no obvious neck. He searched the next day but found no tracks because the ground was frozen with no snow.

They found no tracks but noted a clump of freshly uprooted trees nearby.
