Three people parked near a bend in a road to look at the spot of an earlier sighting. They watched a large silhouette leaning against a tree that slowly raised an arm toward its face and later disappeared, while a smaller fur-covered figure was seen walking in the open and then running when approached on foot. The larger figure was also reported to turn its head to watch a passing truck.

While taking turns watching the area, the companion spotted an animal on a ridge and the witness viewed it through binoculars, noting it walked on two legs and suggesting it might be a bigfoot. Two people on an early-morning horseback outing noticed agitated horses and a strong foul odor. They then watched a figure crouched on one knee picking through rocks about 200 feet away. The figure stood upright on two legs and walked with large human-like steps toward the highway until out of sight.

A tractor-trailer driver who had overnighted in a parking lot drove east past campgrounds around 5 a.m. He noticed a very tall figure walking away from him on the road, which stepped into the ditch, stopped, and turned to stare at him. The figure was hair-covered with a bare dark face and glaring eyes, then turned and strolled away as the truck approached. The driver did not stop.
Piercing scream heard by twelve people near Mays Lick
The witness's husband and another adult were sitting with boys camping in the woods on a moonlit night when the husband noticed a figure moving between trees, with moonlight visible between its legs. The group left the woods, and the next day the witness found footprints and poured a mold of one, plus other ground and vegetation signs. The investigator later reported the couple described a seven-foot-tall, wide-shouldered creature with a cone-shaped head and no neck.

The creature turned, took three steps, and knelt down in the grass with its head still visible. A group of six campers sitting around a campfire at night heard strange low and high-pitched sounds approaching through the woods. They scanned with a powerful spotlight and saw a hairy upright figure partly hidden behind a tree about 20-30 yards away, with yellow eye glow. The witness was fishing and wading in a creek to get past a thicket when sensing unease and spotting a large dark shape in the water first thought to be a bear until its face was seen. A loud scream-like grunt and the sound of breaking limbs came from the side, after which the creature stood up and walked away upright while grunting and howling as a rotten foul smell hung in the air.

Two people were sitting on the tailgate of a parked truck on a vacant road at dusk when the reporting witness went to the cab for a phone and saw a small dark hairy biped about 15 yards away. The entity ran across the road from left to right in a few seconds, paused without looking, then entered the woods while making running noise heard by both people. The pair waited in the truck in fear for several minutes before driving away.

Two people in separate pickups were driving down a mountain after scouting for elk after dark in rain. They watched an object on the roadside in their headlights for about 30 seconds before it ran away around a bend. Both described a roughly 6- to 7-foot-tall figure running very fast with long swinging arms and an impressive stride.

The witness and his uncle were camping and ATV riding near Great Barrington over Memorial Day weekend. After seeing eyeshine on arrival night and watching other riders flee screaming from a trail the next day, two very large hairy bipeds entered their campfire-lit camp that night. One vocalized a word remembered as Enoch, stole their cooler and fled with three more sets of eyeshine seen in the woods. A large handprint was later found on the vehicle sunroof and the cooler was found with doors torn off.

A road crew came to the guest's door angry, saying a man in a black gorilla costume had thrown rocks at them from the woods behind an old barn and run toward his house. They searched his house and saw he was cooking and not sweaty, then left the area shaken.
