UFO sighting near Monroe, Washington (2012)
While working as a perimeter patrol officer on graveyard shift in 2012, the guest watched a white spiral corkscrew-shaped smoke rise several hundred feet from a hillside for 15-20 minutes on successive nights around 2-3 a.m. On the second night three unmarked black Apache helicopters flew very low over the prison toward the smoke, with the middle one completely silent. He reported it by phone to the supervisor and documented it in the official logbook.

In 2012 the witness took his son to Myakka State Park. They found a 14 to 14.5-inch track off the main trail, followed back-and-forth walking in palmettos, and the son then saw a very tall creature for four to six seconds and drew it. Park staff directed them to a biologist who dismissed it without viewing the drawing.

After a night of paranormal investigation at a remote old cemetery, the witness group walked toward a rock outcropping in the morning. They encountered two large dark-brown upright figures staring at them for about two minutes. When the group tried to approach, the figures walked away into the woods, with the smaller one lifting an infant-sized individual from tall grass onto its shoulder.

The witness was driving east on a highway at night with four children to collect a relative. After re-engaging bright headlights on a slight curve, the witness saw a tall slim grey hair-covered figure standing beside the narrow roadside looking toward the vehicle. The figure stayed largely still while turning its head to follow the slow-moving vehicle for an estimated 15-20 seconds at close range. The driver then accelerated away and stopped at a rest area to recover from fright.

The witness had moved a stand across the ditch and watched an exhausted doe run to the stand and lie down. A very large male bipedal creature followed the doe trail, stopped when it winded the witness, stared through the scope, snarled and then left. The witness heard a second low growl and crashing from a nearby thicket as it left.
Late afternoon sighting by a deer hunter on her lease near Angelina National Forest
The witness was deer hunting from a tripod stand in late afternoon when she spotted a tall hair-covered figure crossing toward a pine thicket about 400 yards away. She viewed it through her rifle scope, saw it glance toward her, then watched it continue into the thicket. Shaken, she left the stand, her ATV stalled, she fired distress shots, and a nearby hunter helped her return to camp.
Night road crossing observed near El Dorado Springs
Two occupants driving on Highway 54 west of El Dorado Springs at night reported their headlights illuminating a tall, hair-covered biped crossing the road. The creature crossed from right to left and stepped over a guardrail without breaking stride, then continued through a field where cattle moved away from it. Witnesses judged it to be over seven feet tall based partly on its size relative to the cattle.

The witness was deer hunting on foot along a riverbank in the late afternoon when they noticed a musky odor and then saw a reddish figure crouched at the water's edge apparently drinking or scooping. The frightened witness left the area quickly, running several miles back to their vehicle, and has not returned.

In the pre-dawn hours, two relatives driving home saw a small dark upright figure cross the road in front of their car from right to left. The figure was covered in dark hair that shone in the headlights and moved quickly and smoothly, leading the driver to slow to avoid hitting it. Both occupants confirmed they saw the same thing, and the driver declined to stop and was unsettled afterward.

The figure crossed the roadbed and embankments in a few seconds without slowing, stumbling, or looking aside, moving its arms smoothly while running. The witnesses described it as lanky with a conical head and could not identify it as a known animal or person.

He watched two large hairy bipeds jog past within 25 yards, moving side by side and repeatedly looking behind them. The witness and a child in the front seat reportedly watched a very large, dark, hair-covered figure crouched behind the car ahead for several seconds. The witness was riding a motorcycle home from work at about 2:30 a.m. when they noticed large yellow eyeshine at the edge of a cornfield. As they slowed and approached, they saw a large human-like figure about a foot taller than the corn. The figure walked slowly away from the road, looked back, then entered the corn without making sound or seeming concerned.

While driving south to go hunting before sunrise, the witness and a companion saw a grey, shaggy bipedal figure run across the highway and up an embankment over a fence. The figure was bent over and moving very fast with its arms pumping, and had very long hair on its forearms. After stopping to look with a flashlight, they heard two distinct whistles from the trees.

The witness reported walking back along a trail after making calls with no response when he found a very large footprint and a scat pile containing vegetation and shell fragments. Moments later he saw a very tall, heavily built, dark brownish creature about 70-80 feet away that had been digging at a ground hornet nest. The creature then ran rapidly down one ridge and up another at a speed the witness felt could not be matched, and disappeared. The witness then collected his things and left for his car.
Vacationing family observes & photographs a large hair covered figure in Grayson Highlands State Park
A group of ten vacationers at a scenic overlook noticed a large dark figure about 200 yards below them. The figure was initially crouched and appeared to dig or pull at something, then stood, walked to a tree, observed the group, and eventually moved deeper into the forest out of view over about five minutes. Photos were taken by the group, while two unrelated visitors who also photographed it left quickly appearing scared.
Homeowner has nighttime sighting near Edwardsville
Around 1 a.m. at home, the witness heard a throat-clearing sound and looked out a hallway window toward the yard. Using night vision, the witness watched a large human-like figure standing about 40 yards away between the woods and a shed, staring up into the trees. The figure was gone by the time the witness tried to have another household member see it.
