While walking out on a county road bordered by fields and honeysuckle he heard bushes shake, a grunt and loud stopping footsteps. He briefly saw a figure moving fast tree to tree off the road, ran to his truck after crossing water where the sounds stopped, and had no further incidents.

The creature briefly turned its head toward the witness, continued swiftly with its arms swinging, and stayed in view for 10 to 15 seconds before moving away through trees.

The companions recorded eyeshine in the opposite direction, suggesting a second animal, and the group heard footsteps following them as they descended. They later reviewed the tape and confirmed eyeshine had been recorded.
