On June 20, 2004 around 2 a.m., the witness was watching TV at home when she noticed a large dark shadow looking in through full-length windows facing the woods. The shape moved when she turned off the TV, and she remained in the recliner overnight. The witness was driving home south of Peshtigo at dusk when headlights caught a large dark creature crossing the highway in front of the car. The witness slowed and watched it cross the southbound lanes, median, and northbound lanes into the woods over several seconds. The witness also noticed a strong skunk-like odor, then secured the car and left the area.

After watching for about a minute, the creature crossed the road in three steps and disappeared into the woods. The witness was driving on Interstate 59 toward Meridian with a relative around 3 a.m. in very heavy rain. A tall hair-covered biped came from the left and moved across the front of the vehicle. The driver slowed and swerved to avoid hitting it within a few feet, and it kept crossing to the east without stopping. Both occupants took the animal to be a bigfoot.

The creature was still and crouching with its back turned, exposing its back, shoulders, hips and upper buttocks with sparse reddish hair and visible musculature. After watching for a few seconds and not wanting to disturb it, she drove away.

The witness was riding horseback along a dirt road on a hillside in the afternoon when the horse shied sideways. She heard two heavy footsteps and vegetation being trampled close to the road. She then glimpsed a large white hairy figure moving quickly through the brush, only partly visible, before the sounds and figure disappeared suddenly.

The witness was driving past a flooded rice field in daylight when she noticed an unusual figure, turned around, and watched a huge hair-covered biped repeatedly bending over as if searching mud or shallow water. After being awakened around 1 a.m. by barking dogs and loud screaming and hollering sounds that lasted about ten minutes and came closer, the witness looked out a window and saw a tall hairy man-like figure standing at another window looking in. The witness hid, then later saw the figure walking away into the dark carrying something. A sour body odor was noticed during the presence, and deer jerky hanging on the front porch was missing the next morning.

The form stood, held an arm across the face area, looked back once, and left quickly and silently upright without dropping to all fours.

The witness later estimated its height at over nine feet by measuring a similar tree from memory.

The witness and his father were driving back toward their campsite in the national forest in the morning when they saw a large upright figure on and crossing the dirt road. The figure briefly stopped, looked toward them, then stepped off the road and walked downhill into the woods, at one point completely blocking a roadside sign from view. They drove to the spot where it left the road and found the brush undisturbed and no tracks.

The main witness was driving a feed truck north on Highway 17 when he rounded a curve and saw a tall dark figure standing in the roadway ahead. The figure was looking away from the road, and after the driver briefly looked away it had disappeared. The driver's relative later met him at the location and found matted grass near a fence and agitated cattle but no clear footprints.

He searched the next day but found no tracks because the ground was frozen with no snow.
