After slowly backing her SUV into her husband's car and leaving a two-foot wide basketball-deep dent, the witness did not drive for a week in cool fall weather. When she went to town for a fall festival the dent was completely smooth with only cracked paint remaining. On the running board was a three-inch pyramid of white rocks topped with a tiny purple flower, and underneath the fender lip was a large palm-edge print two and a half times a normal hand.
