Wood knock near Las Cassis, Tennessee
Account
The witness recalls hearing repeating knocking sounds from the woods while spending time in his grandfather's yard as a small child. He would ask his grandfather about the sounds and was told someone must be building a barn, though they occurred around dusk when no construction seemed plausible. A young friend who knew the woods insisted no barn or building activity existed there.
