The witness was riding as a passenger with family members while driving east on an interstate at night in rain. A tall dark hair-covered figure ran along the median, crossed in front of traffic, and came alongside their car close enough for face-to-face viewing. The figure then collided with an oncoming pickup with a camper, bounced off, and ran up an incline into trees.
