Possible Injured Juvenile on I-84 near Boardman
Account
While driving at night along a highway parallel to the Columbia River, the witness and a companion encountered a small hair-covered figure sitting in the roadway in the truck headlights. The figure, about three to four feet tall with red hair, appeared injured and was trying to push itself up. The witness swerved to avoid hitting it and kept driving without going back, partly from concern that a larger animal might be nearby.
