Travelers watch tan-brown 5-6 foot hairy creature drink from stream with cupped hands
Account
Four travelers stopped while driving over a mountain pass and looked into a canyon below. They watched an animal squatted beside a creek drinking with its hands, initially thinking it was a bear. The animal then stood, walked away upright in a crouched posture, turned to look up at the group, and entered the forest. One traveler, who is blind, also reported a very foul unusual smell.
