Scream in Alaska
Account
The witness camped alone by a grayling pond, sitting and reading. He heard ravens, odd owls, coyotes and long loud woman-like screams from across the pond up the mountain, then multiple voices yelling at once and a very loud piercing scream that changed from woman to man to animal-like. Two very large unseen sources flanked him left and right, screaming louder than a rifle report in competition and later producing deep loud laughing, with fast angry speech-like sounds. He moved to his vehicle to listen, then drove to an open glacier scrub area to sleep, where small pebbles were bounced off the truck roof during the night before he left in the morning.
