The witness drove down a dirt road to retrieve belongings from an ex-partner's house in a deep valley. A large brown-furred biped squatting by the road stood up, looked at the car, and cleared a steep hill in two steps. The witness stopped, later told the ex-partner, and learned similar figures had been seen there before.

The witness reported noticing dark spots near a freshwater pond visible from his property around sunset and viewing them with binoculars. He found what he was seeing difficult to comprehend. He said the sightings have continued to the present, including activity around his house recorded with night-vision cameras.

While camping with very few others around, the witness stepped to the bushes at night and saw a large black silhouette of an upper torso, head and wide shoulders in campfire light. The shape did not move and no facial features were seen. The next morning the same spot showed only plain woods with no explanation for the shape.

The witness's husband was hunting alone from an elevated stand on the evening of November 18, 2019. He heard a series of loud vocalizations, howls, knocks and gibberish-like sounds from dense brush, with a second individual answering from down a draw. After he shouted a warning and fired a shot toward advancing growls, two unseen creatures charged through the brush chasing him to the road, where they stopped as he fled to his truck.
Odor in Colorado (2016)
During a multi-day camping trip the group smelled a terrible odor, heard knocks and gibberish chatter at night, then returned next day and fired a shotgun. Returning again that night without the wife, they heard a limb crack and a heavy thud as a rock landed by the buddy. A huge shouldered figure was seen behind the machine before they fled, later finding a high broken limb and a heavy rock.

Riding back at night the witness caught eyeshine at a pond that stood up tall and ran upright without dropping. He and his coworker approached on foot and saw it peeking from behind a tree with hands on the trunk. After the coworker racked a pistol and was told to put it away, it peeked again then ran into dark timber.
Cryptid sighting in New Mexico (2016)
The witnesses went late at night with a cousin to a canyon clearing with stacked stones and possible ritual remains. They saw a pale skeletal head peering over rocks, then fled in the vehicle. The tall pale being chased on all fours, keeping pace with the vehicle, then stopped at the canyon edge near paved road.
Sasquatch sighting in Connecticut (2016)
The witness and a companion camped overnight on a remote section of trail while on a hunting trip. Through the night they heard whistles, a deep growl, a piercing scream and bipedal footsteps, saw a small figure peering from behind vegetation, and had a heavy log thrown into their fire pit. After firing a shotgun blast they heard crashing retreat, later found the camp destroyed with a tent lodged high in trees and gear snapped apart, and were pelted with rocks while leaving the area.
UFO sighting in North Carolina (2016)
The guest drove at night on the highway toward the airport when the radio cut out and two dancing lights appeared ahead. One light descended close, revealing a silent rectangular craft with a container-like underside that crossed the highway over the treeline. Both he and the driver ahead slowed and exchanged light flashes afterward.
Scream in Illinois (2016)
The witness hiked with family in a large clearing near a trail in late afternoon. A very loud, long scream came from the treeline about two hundred yards away, frightening the children. The group hurried to a parking area, where they saw a hurried hiker emerge from the same trail system.
Sasquatch sighting near St. Cloud, Florida (2016)
While parked off the road watching deer through binoculars, the guest saw a tall hairy figure leave the tree line and tiptoe between hay bales toward does. It sprinted, scooped up a deer in its arms and carried the kicking bleating animal into the woods as others scattered. He later ranged the distance at 145 yards and noted wind blew from deer toward the creature.
Hiker has an afternoon sighting behind a mountain resort in Cle Elum
The witness was walking in woods behind a resort with a relative when she saw a hair-covered biped walking away through the trees toward a more forested area. She described it as auburn and shaggy with broad shoulders, long arms with hands near the knees, and an oval head with a peak. She watched in disbelief without following it and noted the woods were unusually quiet.

Two people were camped for the night after hiking when they heard wood knocks exchanged back and forth from different directions for about four minutes. One of them shouted to scare off a possible animal, after which the knocking stopped. They reported no visual contact, walking sounds, or odor.
Still hairy figure seen in a field by a motorist near Springfield
The witness was driving on High Banks Road toward the highway in late morning and slowed to look at an object in a pasture to the right of the road. The witness described a large dark long-haired animal-like object standing motionless in the open field about 70 yards from the road. No photo was taken because of a following car and a doctor's appointment, and no limbs, head, or movement were discerned during the 20 to 25 second observation.

The witness was driving slowly on a highway at dusk when a large, hairy biped ran from a treeline and leaped across the road about a car length ahead. She braked and watched it cross in one or two steps without looking toward her, noting it appeared to carry a fish. She returned home shaken and later revisited the site with her spouse but found no tracks after overnight rain.
Visitor to a ranch has evening sighting near Priest River
The witness was outside a ranch house at night while taking a dog out. He noticed a large figure standing just beyond the tree line about 100 feet away and watched it for one to two minutes. The figure then moved quickly along the tree line and disappeared into the forest. The witness went back inside, and the next day found wind-distorted imprints in the snow in the area.
Vocalization in Washington (2015)
Three relatives spent Christmas night hiking and sitting in a truck on a snowy mountain. They heard childlike vocalizations, saw low eyeshine, then watched a dark six-foot figure with long arms peer from between trees. One of them left the truck and fired a rifle at it, heard nothing further, then heard heavy footsteps before leaving, returning next day to find no sign.

The witness was spending the evening on a relative's front porch shortly before Christmas. After knocking three times on a deck rail, the witness heard three knocks returned from nearby woods and later saw branches moving despite no wind. About an hour later the witness heard footsteps and pacing beside the house for about 15 minutes and attempted to record the sound on a phone.
Two deer hunters experience a likely week-long encounter near Nashport
Two companions camped while hunting for five days near Dillon State Park. On successive nights they heard tree knocks from multiple directions, whistles, whoops, loud yells and screams that approached the camp, growling near the camper, and banging on vehicles in a nearby junkyard. By day they found numerous large human-like footprints in a shallow spillway and on a sandy bank, which they photographed with boots for scale. They reported no visual sighting but concluded the sounds and tracks were from a large, athletic creature.

The witness was walking alone in the forest looking at tree structures when he reached an opening overlooking a gorge with a river. On the opposite ridge he saw a very tall black figure staring at him and a smaller figure that quickly hid behind brush. After staring for about ten minutes he moved for a better view and the figure was gone, and he later hiked to the spot and found unusual tree structures but no footprints.
