Wood knock in Kentucky (2024)
The witness hiked into public land to bowhunt deer from a climber stand. After the woods went silent he heard two wood knocks, then saw a black bipedal figure through timber that vanished. Moments later a very large jet-black wolf-like animal appeared nearby staring at him, stalked toward a cedar thicket and disappeared. While hiking out he heard a deep scream-howl, panicked and ran to his truck and avoided the woods for the rest of deer season.
Daylight sighting by hunter 30 miles southeast of Louisville
The witness was sitting in a deer stand above a creek in heavily wooded bottomland waiting for deer. After smelling a musky odor and hearing leaves rustling behind the stand, the witness turned and saw a large dark-brown hairy biped across the creek about 60 yards away walking parallel to the water. The creature briefly turned its head toward the witness, continued swiftly with its arms swinging, and stayed in view for 10 to 15 seconds before moving away through trees.

The two hikers set up a thermal camera on a tripod in a field to watch for deer and bear at night. They observed a large upright creature crossing a road on thermal, approaching to about 90 feet, then fleeing into a thicket where facial details were seen. Later they heard a howl, whoops from multiple directions and grunting near the truck, then felt an impact while driving out that left a dent from a thrown rock.

The witness was driving at night to a cabin to quarantine after testing positive for illness. A buck walked into the road and stared toward a tree line instead of at the vehicle. The witness then noticed orange eyeshine and a large dark creature moving low like a spider, which rose onto two legs and chased the deer out of headlight range. After stopping, the witness heard a loud crash in the woods on the opposite side and drove away.
Sightings and constant activity at a home near Campbellsville
The witness reported hearing noises around the home weekly for months and then seeing a white, roughly 8.5- to 9-foot-tall creature about 40-50 feet away across the street near the forest at about 530am in the dark while using a strong flashlight. A footprint was found the next day. The witness was alone with dogs at the time.

The witness states he was on his driveway at night with his dog when a doe walked past in the yard light and moonlight. Immediately behind the doe, a large hair-covered biped walked across an open gap of about 30 feet between cedar trees without making noise. The witness was riding a four-wheeler on private property to handle trail cameras near dusk. After topping a ridge and shutting off the vehicle, the witness saw a tall hairy biped about 30 feet away running away and knocking over a small tree. The witness heard crashing sounds during the flight and noticed a faint musky smell afterward.

The witness was alone at home at night and stepped onto the porch after a relative reported screams nearby. After howling without response, the witness saw a tall hair-covered figure peek from behind a pine tree, make eye contact, then step out and leave in three large strides across the road. The witness later measured the standing height against the tree and photographed and measured a single footprint left in the yard.

The witness was driving a morning bus route past a horse pasture when he noticed two upright, hair-covered figures where he did not expect trees. One figure was standing and the other was kneeling or squatting, both with their backs to the road. He noted brownish hair, pointed heads with no visible neck, and large muscular builds. He watched two large hairy bipeds jog past within 25 yards, moving side by side and repeatedly looking behind them. The witness was riding a motorcycle east on KY 8 after leaving a friend's house and slowed for a bend known for deer crossings. A small bipedal creature crossed from the oncoming lane into his lane, and he swerved to miss it by less than a foot. He stopped past the crossing point, turned to aim his headlight on it, and watched it enter thick brush beside the road.

After hearing coyotes, he got back in the truck and then saw a tall hair-covered human-like figure emerge from the woods beside the truck. The figure paused facing the truck, then walked around it and left down the point out of sight. The witness stayed in the truck until daylight, then found skid marks where it descended but no footprints.

The witness was driving with family at night after leaving a resort when a deer ran across the road. Immediately afterward a large upright creature ran along the roadside beside the van, apparently chasing the deer, and looked toward the vehicle before dropping back and disappearing out of the headlights. The witness turned around to recheck but saw nothing. A son in the back seat also saw the creature.

The witness said he went outside at night with a flashlight and a handgun after suspecting someone was stealing gas from his truck. About 20 yards away he noticed an unusual bush-like shape that stood up to about 8 feet tall, showing a pale ring around its face and reddish-brown body hair, with red eye reflection. After holding gazes briefly, the figure turned and walked out of the yard past an empty house and up the street out of sight.

He heard rustling and grunting and saw a tall hair-covered creature standing near a tree about 50 yards away, then saw it again about 20 to 30 yards away while walking back. The witness reports repeated encounters over three to four months near the family home involving a large bipedal animal that is not a bear and has a very strong bad odor. Dogs are frightened by it and horses become agitated when it is close, and some livestock have been lost. As she got closer, the tall figure covered in dark reddish-brown hair leapt over a ditch and fence and ran very fast across a field into the woods. The guest and his best friend fished at the uncle's lake then dug for fossils at the high wall. Rocks were thrown at them from a ravine, then heavy footsteps paced them behind tall reeds. When they reached the truck and turned on headlights, an 8-9 foot upright grayish-black figure ran from behind the reeds up a steep hill in seconds and disappeared.

The witness reports standing in a front doorway changing a bulb when a popping sound was heard and cats ran toward them. About a minute later the witness saw a very tall, light-colored, muscular creature walking calmly in the ditch across the highway behind the mailbox.
