Local hunter hears multiple screams after dark outside Sundance
During a late-season deer hunt, the witness parked and camped overnight in a van at the junction of Grand Canyon Road and Williams Gulch. Just after dark he heard loud, long screams repeated four or five times that he could not identify as any known animal. His dog refused to leave the van, and he saw no deer the next day.

Daytime sighting by six siesmographic workers in the Uinta Mountains
Six coworkers on a seismic crew were eating lunch on a hill when they noticed a dark hair-covered figure moving through timber about 500 yards away. The figure walked upright on two legs with long swinging arms and made muttering sounds before noticing the men, then fled into the timber breaking branches. The men then heard loud screaming and moaning vocalizations from the timber and left the area by helicopter.
