Over two nights they heard single loud wood knocks in the evening, including knocks heard from the hot tub area and near their car. Later at night rocks struck the exterior bedroom walls, and the next morning the witness found two rocks lying on the soil. No animal or person was seen causing the sounds.

Armed staff held a perimeter until the woods fell silent and the air felt lighter, then broke camp at sunrise and left without ever seeing the source.

On a hot Memorial Weekend the witness and a friend camped in tents at an abandoned riverside campsite miles from the original area. They heard surrounding whoops, rock hits on tents, thumping from all sides, and a tree pushed over. Through the night something walked through camp, repeatedly charged the witness tent and grabbed the tent floor, showing large knuckled hands. They left at dawn.

After noticing a foul litter-like odor, the witness heard a loud knock, whistles, and rustling, then had large rocks repeatedly thrown toward camp. After hearing an extremely loud angry whoop, the witness fled by car while loud noises moved through brush alongside the road.

On his last night of work in 2010, the guest parked at his rented room on his boss's wooded property around 1 a.m. Birds erupted, then a loud rising howl-scream vibrated his car and silenced frogs and birds. He then heard movement and large rocks clashing in a ravine before running to the house and telling his boss he thought a Sasquatch was in the backyard.
