Around 2 a.m. on a clear night in late October, the witness heard growls and other noises outside his home and went out with a flashlight to investigate. At daylight they found broken branches and bare-foot slide marks, then broke camp and left.

The witness was hiking with a group through a field when he hid by a lone tree after hearing movement and saw a tall dark shaggy figure partly concealed at the wood line about 25 to 30 yards away for about thirty seconds. He became nervous and ran to his companions as loud noise occurred and a tree was reported to fall. Three companions heard the noises but only the witness reports a visual.

After packing gear and waiting by a truck with lights on, they heard footsteps in a ditch and briefly saw only the whitish-grey top of a head. The entity then gave a loud whoop from about 20 yards away, prompting them to flee, and daylight examination the next day suggested it was over seven feet tall.

At sunrise they heard crashing and saw trees moving as something scaled a steep rocky hill incredibly fast, and a neighboring resident later said food offerings were left to calm activity.

The witness hiked alone up the old coal road in darkness to get back in shape and pray. Loud bird-like whistling kept pace nearby, pebbles and rocks landed precisely at the feet, a large stick landed pointing at the witness, and loud trudging was heard. The witness backed down the road, then ran to a lit area as rapid movement rushed uphill faster than a person could move.

The witness reported repeated unexplained sounds and smells over several years while living on a large wooded and pasture property. He described loud yells or screams at dusk, growls and bird-like chirps after midnight, occasional heavy stomping, and recurring foul odors. The witness then heard heavy trudging and saw saplings shaking as something moved uphill to about two hundred feet within seconds.

A couple days into a solo Olympic coast hike, the witness heard single whoops from close range near a point and again from a secluded beach. Later he followed a bear trail over a ridge where a dark creature came at him on all fours within 10 feet, then silently backed away without turning and hunkered down. That night bipedal footsteps approached his creek-side camp then retreated, and he felt urged to leave the next morning.

The witness was sleeping in a tent while camping with his parents and a family friend the night before the 2017 total eclipse. He heard heavy bipedal footsteps felt through the ground circling the site, then a repeated raspy grunting with a strange metallic quality. His father in a pop-up camper also heard the odd sound.

The witness and a companion spent three days fishing and camping at a remote lake. On calm nights trees fell near camp, and each dawn they heard rhythmic wood-on-wood pounding for nearly an hour. They saw a dark partial figure behind a lakeshore pine, heard a long piercing scream with fast hillside movement, heard distant talk-like sounds and short screams, and found a single large human-like footprint in mud on the way out. They also saw an orange light over the lake that split into smaller lights, followed later by jets overhead.

While leaving across the bridge they heard prolonged crying/calling vocalizations that continued to the trailhead. The witness later concluded the sounds matched Bigfoot recordings found online.

The guest spent the night in a deer blind on his sister's property to hunt for food. Around 2 a.m. he was awakened by extremely loud gorilla-like bellows, howls, and a snarling growl that seemed to vibrate through his body. He heard something moving and circling the blind in the leaves. After it moved off toward the river and vocalized again at a distance, he remained in the blind until daylight.
