A couple sitting on a bench along a trail heard bipedal footsteps moving through dense brush across a canal, followed by chattering or popping sounds from two directions. After the witness knocked a branch against a post, a similar sound came from deeper in the woods. As they left near sunset without ever seeing the source, they heard a short loud scream described as between a whoop and a woman's scream.

Around 12:30 a.m. they heard distant vocalizations from two different directions, then small stones were thrown toward their picnic table over an extended period while they felt watched. Shortly before sunrise the next morning, several members of the group heard a brief speech-like sound from dense woods that shocked them. No visual sighting occurred and the witness left later that day.

The witness was bow-hunting deer from a tree stand at dusk when deer ran through the creek below after a scream and thump. After climbing down to investigate, he smelled strong body odor, heard tapping and vocal sounds coming from two directions, and had acorn-like objects thrown at him. He then briefly saw a large dark figure watching him from cover before fleeing the area and never returning.

The witness, six months pregnant, walked half a mile into family woods to be alone after an argument. A very large hairy figure approached on its belly then stood to about nine feet, displaying threatening behavior. A second figure arrived and appeared to scold the first in language-like vocalizations before looking at the witness. The witness fled back to the house when able to move.
