He noticed movement and saw a large brown hair-covered biped come out of woods in a neighboring pasture and walk toward his area before disappearing into a tree line. He estimated it was much larger than any of the local hunters.

A child riding a toy vehicle in the backyard told a relative to come see something, but a relative hurried over and the thing was already gone. The child described a tall brown hairy figure watching her, with upright hair on top of its head, taller than a parent, and said it was not a cow from a nearby pasture. The family questioned the child and believed she had seen something unusual, and she has since avoided the spot.

The witness claims an extremely loud cow-call-like vocalization was encountered again less than a week ago in hardwood bottoms just before dark. As she got closer it moved off the road into the ditch, then stood up from a bent-over position, lifted a leg over a log, and disappeared into the forest. The witness climbed into a deer blind before dawn to hunt. Shortly after sitting down, he heard a sustained higher-pitched howl from one side and a lower sustained response from the other side, neither matching animals he knew. Minutes later while getting binoculars from his truck, he heard a low gruff voice-like sound resembling "Hey You" from close range, then returned to the blind.

The witness and a companion were in a vehicle near a draw on a relative's land looking for deer. Through binoculars the witness watched a dark hairy figure concealed among tumbleweeds around a tree, moving to stay hidden and at one point peering over a branch with only its head and eyes visible. The figure later appeared at another tree behind reeds and underbrush watching the vehicle. The companion could not see what the witness described from his position in the vehicle.

Late at night at his hillside home, the witness was on the driveway and porch trying to get his two large dogs to go into the woods below. A very loud, powerful yell or holler erupted from close range downhill, which he felt vibrate through his body and which silenced all dogs in the area. His dogs froze with raised hackles staring downhill, then pigs and possible raccoons were heard moving up a valley, followed by distant dogs barking uphill as if something moved away quickly.

The witness parked with four teenage companions at a forest spot late at night to watch from a pickup truck. After tree knocks and whoop sounds, the group saw a very tall, wide upright figure silhouetted beside a pine tree in moonlight. The witness later found large footprints at the same spot and made casts.

Investigators visited the ranch and found a grove of small trees twisted, including one twisted opposite the others. They also found large human-like tracks near a creek, some very long and wide. Overnight recording equipment left out captured what sounded like an infant crying in cold conditions where no infant should be.

The witness hiked with three relatives on a quiet day. They heard a tree shaking, distant talking or laughing, then after they made playful calls something very close yelled back and was partly recorded. As they reached the parking lot she heard a hollow rhythmic chest-beating sound.

The witness was deer hunting from a tripod stand in late afternoon when she spotted a tall hair-covered figure crossing toward a pine thicket about 400 yards away. She viewed it through her rifle scope, saw it glance toward her, then watched it continue into the thicket. Shaken, she left the stand, her ATV stalled, she fired distress shots, and a nearby hunter helped her return to camp.
