Possible road crossing early in the day near Jasper

While driving to work in the morning, the witness saw a dark object on the road she first thought was an ATV. As she got closer it moved off the road into the ditch, then stood up from a bent-over position, lifted a leg over a log, and disappeared into the forest. Her husband later checked the crossing spot for tracks but dense pine needles and leaf litter prevented finding any sign.

The witness's husband visited the crossing location that afternoon to look for tracks but found no sign because the ground was covered with pine needles and leaf litter.
