Something paced him in thick hillside brush, stopping when he stopped, followed by two tree knocks and a loud deep scream from further up. On the return the dog acted alarmed, watching the brush behind him until they reached a rock outcropping and left. A researcher later visited the same area and photographed a bare human-like footprint and overturned rocks.
