The frightened witness hid and remained still until they left the way they came, after which the raccoons returned.

The witness and a companion were bowfishing at night at a pump station when they heard high-pitched sounds. A spotlight then revealed a tall hair-covered figure about 25 yards away at the treeline, gripping a limb and watching them for under a minute. The figure grunted loudly and walked away steadily while breaking limbs in its path, after which the two left terrified.
