The companion did not see it, and when they turned around and returned the shape was gone, but they found what they thought were two footprints nearby.

He reported hearing noises through the rest of the night and finding a few tracks afterward.

The teller came and measured 14 to 15 inch tracks in single-file heel-to-toe with a very long stride for 20 to 25 prints. The trackway doubled back and left into a cornfield where snow ended.
