The witness and three young relatives were camping overnight in a tent in a mostly deserted campground. At about 3:30 a.m. the witness was awakened by multiple sizable rocks striking the ground near the tent and rolling toward it without hitting it. In the morning the group found several roundish rocks near the tent that appeared newly placed and could not replicate the throw. The group left the campground after a brief exchange with a parking attendant and continued camping elsewhere.

Four people were train-spotting and camping by railroad tracks at night when they heard noise in brush across the tracks and saw eyeshine and a large silhouette swaying. They reported a foul odor, cats fleeing, and rocks thrown toward them from the brush direction, with impacts sparking on the tracks. One teen went inside while the remaining witnesses heard chatter and a branch snap south of the first figure, leading the witness to think two creatures were present. The witness then lit the brush and saw a tall bipedal silhouette stand before it disappeared, with no further activity over the next two nights.

He found a truck door open, then two rocks came from an uphill ridge, one landing in front of the truck and a larger one passing close to him. A witness staying for a long weekend at a cabin near a lake reports repeated evening disturbances. Around sunset Thursday she heard a human-like owl hooting followed by birds falling silent, then a rock-like impact on the cabin wall. Similar rock-like impacts on the cabin were heard after dark on Friday and Saturday nights, and a companion later heard loud rustling and a loud tree-strike sound behind the cabin Sunday morning.

The pair left the area quickly and later associated the odor and rock throwing with sasquatch-related accounts found online.

He found teepee-like stick structures, snapped saplings he could not break, and downed trees funneling movement into a wash. From a field with a large quartz rock he saw a dark shape in a distant tree.
