On August 1, 1990, a woman at a mobile home near Eldon, Oklahoma reported hearing noises and smelling a bad odor before seeing a very tall, heavy creature. A deputy later found large impressions at the scene. Two days later, two other residents reported a similar upright animal at a trash pile nearby.

A deputy later reported finding an unusually large, deep foot-shaped track in gravel.

A minister cutting wood with a chain saw in a national forest noticed an upright, hairy creature standing in palmetto bushes and watched it for about 30 seconds. The creature was described as very tall with dark hair on the head and chest, little hair on the arms, none on the face, with a flat face and nose and sunken eyes. The witness went back to a truck to get an ax, but the creature had disappeared upon return.

Two teenage boys clearing brush saw an animal approach, growl and pelt them with rocks, hitting one in the leg. They fled to a nearby house and returned with an older girl carrying a rifle. The creature was still there growling and throwing rocks, a shot was fired with a heavy recoil knocking the shooter down, and both groups left.

A family on a farm found a solid wooden garage door torn off and eight pet rabbits killed and mutilated with little blood, after hearing a woman-like scream. On subsequent nights they saw a seven-foot hairy creature near the road and under the yard light. They fired on it as it entered the coop and came toward them, then sent children away. Police blamed a bear, raccoon or wild dog.

Large prints found below Cold Springs
On a Sunday night, repeated shrieks were heard in brushland where a roughly 10-foot-tall grotesque man-like figure was reported. Large prints measuring about 14 to 17 inches were found nearby over the next two days and were followed through a subdivision, park and camp area. A law enforcement leader later described the tracks as shoe prints made before a light snowfall and suggested a mountain lion as a possible source of the noises, while noting fresh lion tracks and no cabin break-ins.
10-Ft. Shrieking Monster reported near Cold Springs
An anonymous caller told the sheriff's office that a roughly nine- to ten-foot-tall human-like figure was moving in the road near an old gravel pit. A second man on the same call said large tracks had been seen. Responding deputies did not see the figure but stayed in the area for hours listening to loud shrieking that moved around them.

The host says he was reading about a scoutmaster in the 1950s who was with Boy Scouts and pulled over for a light he thought was a plane. The man told the boys to wait, approached, then there was a flash, blackout, burns, and skin on fire when found. The host admits he had not fully read the story.

A 1941 newspaper report said Fort [name withheld] was being terrorized by an enormous Sasquatch. A family who cited the behemoth claimed it was at least 14 feet tall. It was described as about twice as tall as a normal Sasquatch.

In the 1940s near a cannery town, a hunter preparing to enter the mountains was attacked by a very tall hairy creature. His dogs drove the creature off and others found him alive. He lived long enough to describe the attacker as a giant hairy being before dying.
