The witness and companions were camping by a river when the witness heard groaning and splashing in the water around 2-3 a.m. The witness shouted, thinking it was a companion playing around, and the source of the noise left. At sunrise the group found very large footprints leading from the water into the trees.

The witness was smoking in his garage at night when he felt a strong sense of being watched and became fearful and went inside. Shortly after he and his wife were in bed, they heard strange evolving vocalizations from the woods behind the house through an open window, including babbling, crying-like sounds and loud screaming lasting about three minutes. A neighbor's flashlight appeared during the screaming, after which the couple closed the window and the sounds stopped.

The couple was outside their house late at night calling for their pet cat when loud hoot-like calls started nearby and multiplied into many very loud varied screams and laughing-like sounds that built to a crescendo then stopped abruptly. After a period of silence with rustling and a loud snap, they got into their car to leave. While driving away they saw a large dark upright figure with glowing yellowish-orange eyes near the road and noticed a strong musk odor.

He fled to his truck, found his dog hiding, got briefly stuck while turning around, heard pursuit downhill, and drove to a mill and bars seeking a witness.

Late at night the witness and her two children were eating at home when a very loud, prolonged cry was heard from near the front yard. The sound lasted several seconds and frightened the family, who froze and then moved upstairs to wait. No animal was seen and a later check reportedly found no tracks.

The witness and his wife repeatedly heard a nighttime vocalization from home that the witness says matched recordings on a Bigfoot website. They approached and looked through the culvert and saw the silhouettes of two ape-like creatures with glowing eyes crouched at the far end, swaying and humming. The witnesses left quickly so as not to disturb them.

The witness reports being at the top of a hill in a pine forest after dark while a companion was below. A very hairy creature about 8 feet tall walked in a nearly human manner while making grunting noises, noticed the witness, then left. The witness reports photographing footprints left in mud.
Hunter experiences object throwing and vocalizations near Onego
The witness was climbing a steep ridge before dawn with hunting gear when his light revealed three or four sets of yellow eyes about 60 yards ahead. One set rose vertically and maintained eye contact as the group moved off across a hollow without showing deer traits like a white tail or snort. Shortly after, a heavy object landed near him, which he later interpreted as thrown, followed by guttural vocalizations unlike known wildlife and a skunky odor at a suspected bedding area.

Years later the same guest was alone on his front porch in Tennessee on a summer evening. He and his dog heard a loud ape-like gorilla sound coming from a farm down the dead-end road. The dog's hackles rose, and the guest has never identified a domestic animal that could make that sound.

The guest was on a solo boar hunt and camping in a primitive lean-to in Arkansas. At night he heard a wet low huff, then a large hairy biped tore out of the brush and charged toward his camp. He hid in the brush, watched it sniff the air and look toward him, then fled on foot and returned at daylight to collect his gear and leave.
