The witness was driving on highway 47 in the morning when cresting a hill she saw a dark brown, wide-bodied human-like figure standing on the road shoulder. The figure was seen in profile and jumped off into the ditch and into the woods. A relative visited the described site about 45 minutes later and reported a landing mark in a snow bank, tracks along a deer trail, and a deer carcass missing its front legs.

The witness was outside a ranch house at night while taking a dog out. He noticed a large figure standing just beyond the tree line about 100 feet away and watched it for one to two minutes. A family was camped in a trailer near a treeline with a deer carcass stored nearby. During the night the family was awakened by rocks hitting the trailer, knocking sounds, growls, screams and whoops. The witness later went outside with a flashlight and saw a single glowing red eye high in the treeline. In the morning stacked rocks were gone, footprints were found, and a large pine by the carcass had been pushed over.
