A friend visiting the next day was shown where it stood and ran, including the tracks and hair.

At dawn the witness found the campsite duff heavily scuffed with signs of foot traffic that had not been there the previous evening.

Across the river in bright moonlight the witness saw a large bipedal creature shaking a big pine tree, then running in an arc into the woods. Large Footprints Found, Vocalizations Heard by Vacationer Near Lake Shasta
While on a family houseboat trip, the witness walked up a creek bed and found two sizes of bare human-like five-toed tracks that crossed sharp rocks and entered the woods. That night while sleeping atop the beached houseboat with a relative, both heard two loud distant resonant screams that rose high then dropped into a gargle-growl. The relative also later reported hearing heavy footsteps, breathing and grunting along the shore before dawn.

About two and a half hours after the porch sighting, the mother drove home on the muddy road and saw a large upright figure standing by the road in her headlights. She fled at speed to the house shouting she had seen something huge. The next day food left on the porch was emptied without moving the can, with large footprints below the porch that were later cast.

The group followed the two trackways, spaced about eight feet apart, to the top of a cliff.

On the second evening at dusk while walking armed along a dirt road, they encountered a very tall dark-haired bipedal figure standing on the road watching them. After a brief staredown the figure turned and walked unhurried into the forest with heavy breaking-branch footsteps, and the next day large footprints were found leading away across a creek.

At a youth camp at night, the witness was inside a dorm getting ready for bed when campers in another dorm shouted about someone outside. Minutes later the witness watched a figure near a dumpster walk toward the dorm and peer in through a window from about 12 feet away for 20 to 30 seconds before disappearing. The next morning a discarded box was found on the ground with large footprints nearby.

The next morning the witness found a line of large five-toed footprints in snow that appeared to pass the cabin, step over a barbed-wire fence, and jump a creek before continuing uphill, but heavy snow later covered them.
