On return visits to the same trail, the witness and companions left recorders and apples placed high, found large sideways hillside steps with no deer or elk tracks, and later were told recorders captured bipedal activity hours after they left. On a later off-trail visit they found odd tree structures and a 14-inch by 4-inch track, plus a partial track on another visit. About a month before the show he heard a double chest-thump sound while exiting.

The witness claims a family group has visited a rural wooded property regularly for nearly two years, typically evenings to early mornings several times a week. Reported activity includes footprints, wood knocks, odors, vocalizations, trail and structure formation, and direct sightings with food exchange and close interactions. An investigator visited the densely brushed property, observed extensive trails and shelter-like spots, and interviewed the household about four to five individuals of different sizes.
Man hunting deer finds unusual feces and hears animal
While hunting deer alone in the morning, the witness heard repeated sounds like logs or poles being thrown, then found a tree with bark removed, a large packed bed, a human-like track, and unfamiliar scat. After glimpsing brown fur duck behind a log, the witness heard an extremely loud low roar-like yell from behind with crashing, then heard crashing and throwing sounds staying out of sight while leaving for about 200 yards. No full animal was clearly seen.
Hikers find tracks and a possible nest
Two people backpacking found several large fresh bipedal footprints on a steep forest slope. One track was measured at 16 inches long, with a stride over four feet that was difficult to replicate on the slope. They followed the tracks uphill to a large volcano-shaped nest of pine needles and photographed the track and nest.
Family hunting near Wahkiacus is stalked by a large animal
During a deer-hunting drive in foggy woods, the witness and his father found large bipedal tracks over their tire marks and concluded a bear could not have made them. As they circled back, an unseen animal tracked them, producing a strong foul odor and a high-pitched squeal before thrashing off toward the mother waiting at the truck. They later found uprooted small trees, additional tracks in camp, hair on fencing, and a woody debris structure, and heard screaming and a howl that prompted a relative to leave camp.

A group camped in a mostly dry creek bed high in the mountains. Around five in the morning the witness and another camper awoke to rock clacking in the creek. They later found prints described as clearly non-human in proportion and stacked rocks, with photos said to exist.

While exploring remote canyons that connect to the valley, the witness found a large footprint with distinct toes on a steep game trail. He heard loud whistles directed at him from across the canyon that later moved down the canyon. The same day he found a teepee-like arrangement of evergreens still rooted but pushed together.
