A group camped in a mostly dry creek bed high in the mountains. Around five in the morning the witness and another camper awoke to rock clacking in the creek. They later found prints described as clearly non-human in proportion and stacked rocks, with photos said to exist.

The witness and his wife repeatedly visited a shooting area where they smelled rotting odors and sensed a hostile presence. On a later visit they heard movement in brushy draws around them. Cameras placed beneath a double arch captured a white blob moving through three daylight frames and rectangular beams of light traveling through trees. The same camera captured a nearly transparent bipedal figure standing and shifting slightly before disappearing into a blurry mass that also showed movement.
