The witness and family stopped while driving to hike and explore around Brownie Creek. While hiking along the sandy banks, the witness nearly stepped into a very large footprint estimated at 17 inches or more. Family members also saw the print, photos were taken, and the group then continued up the mountain.
Tracks Reported 5/24/2020 Lewis County Washington
The witness was hiking with family to a series of caves in the early afternoon. The witness and a relative each noticed a footprint in moss along the way, about 200 yards from the caves and about 20 feet apart. The witness photographed the prints with a water bottle and foot for scale. No other unusual activity, sounds, or sightings were reported.

The witness was cleaning and preparing an auction site in the mountains when large barefoot tracks were found that dwarfed the witness's own foot. A few days later around midday a massive dark bipedal figure was seen leaning from behind a tree, was photographed, then left with heavy steps and a foul smell as the phone camera failed. That evening and the next night loud echoing vocalizations and loud bird-like whistles were heard while deer disappeared and the woods went silent.

The witness was hiking with family near Bear Hill Trail and photographing the children when two large, deep footprints with distinct toes and heels were noticed on a hillside. A third similar print was later found higher up on the trail, and photos and video were taken including the witness's own foot for scale. The witness was deer hunting from a stand on wooded acreage in daylight when a tree was seen shaking violently. Looking through a scope, the witness saw a large black-haired creature with a cone-shaped head standing back in the woods swaying side to side for several seconds and noticed a wet-dog-like smell. The witness also reported a teepee-like stick structure and pictures of footprints.

On a sunny morning the witness stepped onto the deck to check on a barking dog and watched a black two-legged human-like figure walk past the end of the driveway for about 12 seconds until it disappeared behind trees. The figure was described as hunching then straightening, with long swinging arms and its head turned away. Later that day the witness found bent weeds and faint barefoot-like depressions where the figure had reportedly come from the woods.

The witness was sitting on a rock in a high basin while hiking when they saw a large brown biped try to climb a snow cornice, fail, climb down, and walk briskly north out of view, then later reappear walking south above the cornice. No further sighting occurred after traversing the difficult slope.

The next morning the witness searched the snowy backyard and found many unusual tracks similar to ones seen the prior year. The witness recorded the tracks with video and photos before asking someone else to examine them.

The witness reports finding three large footprint-like impressions along a stream in a forested area. Dollar bills were placed beside them for scale and photos were taken, with the witness's spouse assisting in documentation. They looked down and noticed an old impression in a mossy patch about 15 inches long, broad at the toes with a wide heel and a rise in the middle. Small debris was sitting in it, suggesting it had been there some time. The impression was still present in the same condition when the witness returned that fall.

She interpreted the sounds as coming from two individuals exchanging signals. The witness was driving east with a companion on a private dirt road in daylight when she noticed a dark, shaggy shape behind a fence near Long Creek. She described it as crouched or standing motionless, with a pointed head and broad shoulders, about three feet taller than the fence, and believed it was trying to remain unseen. The companion did not see it, and when they turned around and returned the shape was gone, but they found what they thought were two footprints nearby.
