After returning to the house, the guest heard heavy walking in the treeline and saw a very large hairy biped about 30 yards away. He describes it as jet black with shorter hair, a bare face, and enormous chest and shoulders. It took a step with arm swing and hid behind three oaks, peeking out until the friend also glimpsed it.

The witness and his wife repeatedly visited a shooting area where they smelled rotting odors and sensed a hostile presence. On a later visit they heard movement in brushy draws around them. One being rushed past the wife and two hair-covered seven-foot beings rushed past the witness, and a blurry photo was taken.

Over several months the household noticed episodic skunk-like odors, distinct tree knocks, grunts and owl-like mimicry, nightly dog barking and motion lights tripping. A chain-link dog kennel was found shoved inward with no recent bear sign. Muffled conversation-like sounds were heard behind the house with no footprints found.

The witness was in a tree stand when he heard higher-pitched chatter and movement approaching, followed by a grunt, silence, and sounds of two things running downhill. Using his crossbow scope he saw a dark-skinned hand on an oak and then a face peering at him, later stepping into a shooting lane. After he lowered his bow the female left downhill where a loud pop and crashing was heard, and a healthy snapped tree was photographed the next morning.

The researcher spent five days documenting a trackway in snow that would soon melt. He photographed and videotaped the prints and recorded step length, stride, width, length, depth and surrounding conditions. The work was presented as an example of thorough track documentation.

The witness photographed a bend in the road and later noticed a bent-over Bigfoot-like shape in the image. A repeat photo at the same time next day showed nothing there. He estimated it would have been about ten feet tall upright.

The witness noticed a musky odor and breathing, turned on cab work lights, and found a tall hairy face leaning in within a few feet. When the trailer engine kicked on, both were startled, the creature slapped the unit hard enough to break fiberglass and then ran across a field with heavy footfalls.

The witness and a friend were camping overnight at Forlorn Lakes when they heard loud screams from one side of the lake answered by several others, lasting 20-30 minutes. The witness made a short phone recording while the dog acted frightened. The next morning they found elk tracks apparently at a run and a large footprint, then left early.

During a day and night visit the group found footprints in mud, heard deep yep sounds and monkey chatter keeping distance, saw primitive stick structures and stripped bones, and heard toddler-like cries by the river. At night they heard prolonged roars, whoops and screams, and saw a heat signature standing in a field that vanished when approached.

While camping at the primitive site the guest documented a possible footprint pointing toward camp. After dark the group heard a loud monotone whistle from brush nearby. On the first two mornings before dawn slow footsteps circled very close to the tent for about 20 minutes.
Vocalization near Charlotte, North Carolina
The witness entered the woods behind the house before dawn without a flashlight and climbed into a platform tree stand with a crossbow. From close range the witness heard loud owl-like vocalizations that shifted into screeching and tongue-clicking sounds from different directions. After daylight the witness photographed numerous tree breaks, bends and X-shaped formations in the surrounding woods.

Game cameras repeatedly captured small glowing orbs, long straight laser-like beams originating in the forest and reaching the guest house, and larger orb-like forms with body-like shape over the roof and porch. The witness never saw them with her eyes, only in photos, and noted they came from the same slope where vocals were recorded.

After setting recorders and cameras, the witness got a 20-minute recording of something walking around, touching, and repeatedly pulling a bungee-mounted recorder without damage. Game cameras captured possible high eyeshine and a night video where the background distorted as an unseen shape moved toward a tree stand.

After hearing knocks close by, the guest and her partner retreated to the porch. The guest viewed a tall upright figure with a thermal viewer about 120 feet away and photographed the viewer screen with a cell phone.

When the witness was 12, he went with his father and others to build a fishing pond by blasting a small canyon near Island Park. The next morning he and his father walked down and found large bare footprints in fresh mud on a game trail. The prints measured about 16 and three-quarter inches long with about a 45-inch step, ran about 75 yards across the mud and continued about 200 yards before the adults decided to turn back. One landowner later covered a print and made casts, which the witness never saw.

On a September afternoon the witness and her mother watched for several minutes a hairless dog-like animal across the fence. It had a dog face and muzzle, longer neck and legs, roundish ears, a skinny rat tail, and shiny purplish-black skin, and behaved calmer than a coyote or fox.

The guest noticed apples stripped from several old apple trees up to about eight or nine feet, with fruit remaining higher up. He photographed the condition the same day. He presents it as possible sign of a tall visitor.

While covering his girlfriend coming and going, the witness found a goat-headed creature with a man's torso and goat legs lying on a limb over his front door. He shot it dead where it hung over the limb while his girlfriend watched. When he returned after driving her home, the body was gone though blood remained.

On a later solo effort, the witness used camouflage and sound cover to approach close to a group. He took still photos of a female with a camera set for night use, producing poor images. After being pulled from concealment by the ankle, he was struck by a thrown rock and then nearly hit by a boulder when trying to reach the photo site, so he withdrew.

The witness reports seeing an adult and infant in his current research area and photographing them. He says the infant appeared blue and looked newborn, with the adult reaching down toward it. He reports feeling zapped, falling to his knees, feeling ill, confused and disoriented, then leaving the area.
