The witness found all chickens missing from the coop, which was covered in feathers but had no bodies or blood. While searching the property near the creek, the witness discovered a very large footprint and photographed and measured it. An investigator later found additional prints in the same area.

The witness and a companion were asleep at home when they were awakened around midnight by a thump on a storage box beneath the bedroom window and sensations described as footsteps. The next afternoon they found two lines of large human-like barefoot prints in fresh snow leading toward and past the window, merging into one line before crossing the road toward a treeline. The larger prints were measured at 13 to 14 inches long with strides over five feet, while smaller prints were interpreted as a juvenile. Photos and measurements were taken before melt and wind degraded the tracks.

Two hunters spent eight days camping in a tent while hunting. Most nights they heard moaning/howling and reciprocal wood knocks that seemed to move closer, and one night heard growls outside the tent but saw nothing when they rushed out with guns and flashlights. Twice they returned from hunting to find trees blocking or inside camp, including a large healthy green pine pushed over. After losing sleep they left for a family cabin and returned next morning to find the tent zipper partly open with the lantern still on.

A couple staying overnight on the screened porch of a wooded cabin report two nights of disturbance in June 2017. The first night included talk-like and giggling sounds followed by an hour of limbs breaking all around them. The witness reported finding an X-shaped arrangement of large branches near a deer stand in early October 2015 and leaving leaves, apples, and peanut butter there over several visits. The leaves and fruit repeatedly disappeared, and a jar of peanut butter later vanished and reappeared on the nearby stand with part of the contents missing. During a nighttime visit with two companions, a small curly clear-looking hair was found on the structure. No creature was reported seen during these incidents.

The witness lives with his wife on raw wooded property. He set out a peccary archery target that was found the next morning pulled up and pulled apart with apparent teeth marks. About two weeks before reporting, the couple heard a loud short call followed by a softer answering call ending in repeated grunts, which caused deer to flee.

They found two barefoot-like prints beside deer tracks at the spot, but rain covered them before photos could be taken.

The witness shot a doe behind the house at dusk and left it overnight to retrieve in the morning. The carcass was gone in the morning and was later found about 120 yards away along a tree line where branches were bent about six feet high. The deer had a broken neck and torn-open chest with most organs missing, unlike coyote damage familiar to the witness. The witness felt watched and eerie, left the kill, and has avoided the area after dark since.

At about 2 a.m. during a break in a storm, the witness heard something at the backyard wire fence and went outside armed with a relative. They heard footsteps and loud cracks first mistaken for gunfire and fired weapons toward the sound. The cracking was then recognized as wood splitting as a huge tree was pushed over, crashing down and shaking the house, after which the family heard loud footfalls running away.

Shortly after, both heard a very loud double whoop vocalization twice, which the husband said could not have been an owl.

They also reported white eyeshine, a pungent odor, a dark figure seen in the treeline after daylight, and footprints and torn branches found in the morning.

While camped for an elk hunt, the witness was asleep in a staked tent when he felt it being steadily dragged. He stayed still without turning on a light and heard no footsteps or breathing as the movement stopped. At daylight he found the tent shifted outward with stakes pulled, no tears or tooth marks, and an old elk jaw lying at the doorway.
