Woman on horseback hears footsteps; observes animal running away through woods
The witness was riding horseback along a dirt road on a hillside in the afternoon when the horse shied sideways. She heard two heavy footsteps and vegetation being trampled close to the road. She then glimpsed a large white hairy figure moving quickly through the brush, only partly visible, before the sounds and figure disappeared suddenly.

Fisherman finds footprint near Witts Springs
The witness was hiking alone downstream from a primitive campground to look at fishing streams. At a gravel area on the edge of the creek the witness found several small round prints and a much larger human-foot-shaped impression at the water's edge. The witness did not photograph the large impression and later could not find a logical explanation for it.
