The witness and three young relatives were camping overnight in a tent in a mostly deserted campground. At about 3:30 a.m. the witness was awakened by multiple sizable rocks striking the ground near the tent and rolling toward it without hitting it. In the morning the group found several roundish rocks near the tent that appeared newly placed and could not replicate the throw. The group left the campground after a brief exchange with a parking attendant and continued camping elsewhere.
Hiker hears distinct sasquatch vocalization near end of Mt. Baldy Road
On the morning of September 9, 2025, the witness parked at Manker Flats to prepare for a hike. While at the vehicle, the witness heard a very loud wail or scream lasting about 10-15 seconds from the north. The witness froze, then started a hike after a delay, having captured only the tail end of the sound on phone video.

The witness was fishing with family at a lake in the afternoon and walked to check a second rod. He heard leaves crunching about 30 feet to his left and saw a hairy ape-like creature with light brown hair running with long swinging arms while crouched forward. His daughter was behind him and shouted about a big animal, and they returned to the rest of the family.

In summer 2009 near Deep Creek by Lake Arrowhead, California, the witness reported seeing a very tall figure standing on a large boulder about a mile away. Companions with the witness also saw it but thought it was a person, and the witness remained unsure what was seen. A photo was taken from a great distance but was too blurry to show detail or scale.

The witness and a relative were at home in the early morning when they heard a very loud yell or howl three times over about half an hour. Neighborhood dogs vocalized and coyotes and raccoons were seen fleeing, and neighbors also came outside to investigate. The witnesses did not see the source of the sound, which they believed was a Sasquatch.

On the night after an initial nighttime vocalization, the witness looked out a bedroom window around 1 a.m. after dogs growled and saw a very tall, hairy human-like creature standing 15 to 20 feet away in moonlight, visible from the midsection up. The witness made a cat-fight sound and the creature turned and walked away quickly toward the mountainous area behind the property. No odor was noted and a later check found no tracks.

The witness visited a relative's house after a goose was found dead with a broken neck, punctures, and missing insides. She also reports finding a four-toed footprint, flattened weeds suggesting something had lain down and walked through, and damage to a chicken-coop roof. The night had been unusually quiet and livestock were nervous the next morning.

A young woman riding a horse home through a dry riverbed in the late afternoon encountered a hairy biped near trees. Her horse refused to go forward, and she saw the creature standing and walking parallel about 75 to 100 yards away. They looked at each other for just under a minute before it turned and left into dense brush walking then crouching.

The witness was trying to sleep in a van while two companions slept in a tent nearby. The van began rocking violently from side to side until the witness yelled, then the witness shone a flashlight outside and saw a hair-covered figure walking upright past the vehicle into the forest. A foul cesspool-like odor was noticed around the camp, and the companions said pebbles had been tossed onto their tent and something had brushed against it. The group built a fire, discussed what happened, and packed up to leave early.

The witness was staying at a cabin with a friend's family and left the cabin during the night to urinate. About 20 feet away, a large dark being stood behind a bush parting the top with its hands, with its upper chest, head, arms and hands visible. After looking back for 15 to 20 seconds, the witness ran inside, and a search the next morning found no traces.

The witness was camping with a scout troop when loud howl-like screams were heard late at night. A few hours later, after being awakened by rustling in nearby brush, the group shone a flashlight into the treeline and saw a tall hair-covered figure watching them. The figure then turned and walked with long steps northeast up a wooded hill out of sight.

The witness walked alone at night up a gravel mountain road toward a cabin after retrieving a wallet in town. Something unseen below the road in steep brush kept pace, breaking branches and dislodging rocks, stopping when the witness stopped and moving faster after rocks were tossed at it. Before reaching a bend where the road met the canyon, relatives arrived by car and the witness got in and left.
Sighting along Lytle Creek
The witness heard whistling and chomping sounds near a creek and looked toward them. A very muscular, hairy, man-like creature was present for about two minutes before walking into the treeline at the creek edge. The witness later returned to the area and found footprints by the creek.
