The witness and a companion stopped while hiking and watched a reddish primate-like figure peeking from behind trees and brush about 100 feet away. The figure watched them for several minutes, moved away, then reappeared to peek briefly several more times over about 15 minutes. During the encounter they also heard movement in ravines on either side.

Two companions camping with a companion's child heard ape-like calls and slow loud knocks near a creek in the evening and knocked back with logs. Rocks were thrown into camp, and at night something bipedal walked around and brushed the tent while making sniffing sounds at the seams. The activity continued over several days with more distant knocks that seemed to approach, another large rock landing near the witness, and an ice chest found opened.
Local family reports huge tracks near Big Cedar
The witness and a relative visited a roadside site east of Big Cedar after hearing that a road crew found large tracks there. They reported seeing many large tracks that looked real to them and took photographs. Investigators later visited the site and found only two badly weathered impressions.
Footprints found near Honobia
The witness and companions traveled to southeastern Oklahoma to search for evidence in a reported hotspot. After an uneventful overnight patrol, the witness and one companion discovered three clear footprints and a possible fourth on a steep uphill road at midday. They estimated the prints at over sixteen inches long with a stride of nearly five and a half feet uphill, photographed them with dollar bills for scale, and did not make casts or precise measurements.

The witness was fishing downstream from family members when he briefly saw the lower legs of a dark figure stepping from the creek onto the bank and into dense brush. He searched the spot and found wet marks on rocks, disturbed soil, and dung, which companions helped videotape. He concluded the figure was unlikely to be human given the remote, rugged terrain.
12"-14" tracks found by two friends after they felt like they were being " stalked " by something unknown while deer hunting.
While deer hunting from a tree stand in the morning, the witness was approached by a companion who was pale and frightened and said something had stalked him aggressively and emitted a terrifying yell. The two investigated together and reported finding trees snapped off high above the ground and deep elongated impressions in dry ground, which they followed for two miles into dense foliage. The witness adds that he was stalked himself the next day.
