Several sightings and strange occurences near a residence west of Goodwine
In early fall 2003 just after sunset, the witness was walking back toward the house after collecting firewood when a large dark figure appeared within a few feet and blocked light from nearby buildings. The figure moved quickly into roadside grass and disappeared after about ten seconds. The witness went to the house, later searched the spot but found no sign.

After months with no activity, the witness and spouse together watched a dark figure about six feet tall go down the driveway toward the road on a sunny mild afternoon.
