On a Monday afternoon day off, the witness hiked alone to a remote glacial pond and bog. From the pond overlook around 1pm she noticed a figure wading at the far edge and took two photos, after which the figure turned to look at her. Feeling frightened she left, later checked the shoreline from another path and found no one, and on reviewing the images thought the figure looked inhuman.

She never opened the tent to look and concluded from the stride and sounds that it was not human.

The witness was driving home from work late at night when she briefly saw a tall, dark figure on the opposite side of the highway near a guardrail. She described it as facing away and moving toward the ditch and forest, seeing it only for a moment at close range. A coworker who drove the same stretch about 15 minutes earlier reported a deer sprinting across the road in the same area.

The witness was driving westbound with three family members and slowed near a bike-trail crossing. They all saw a large black figure standing on the trail at a distance, facing the river and appearing to have come from the woods. The vehicle did not stop and the figure was out of view in less than ten seconds, with snow on the ground and no other people on the trail.

While hiking along the sandy banks, the witness nearly stepped into a very large footprint estimated at 17 inches or more. The witness followed the sounds uphill while staying in radio contact, hearing limb-cracks like footsteps and feeling disoriented. She photographed the rock outcropping where the sounds seemed to originate. Later after charging her phone at the cabin, she examined the photo and perceived a figure standing behind a tree looking toward her.

Dollar bills were placed beside them for scale and photos were taken, with the witness's spouse assisting in documentation. The witness was driving south at night when an animal on all fours ran across the road from left to right, passing very close to the front of the car. The witness saw it only briefly and described it as hairy and brown with very thick hind legs. The companion in the passenger seat did not see the animal.
Possible roadside sighting in the daytime in Myakka City
The witness was driving east with a companion on a private dirt road in daylight when she noticed a dark, shaggy shape behind a fence near Long Creek. She described it as crouched or standing motionless, with a pointed head and broad shoulders, about three feet taller than the fence, and believed it was trying to remain unseen. The companion did not see it, and when they turned around and returned the shape was gone, but they found what they thought were two footprints nearby.

The witness was day-hiking with companions on a reservation trail when a companion noted movement in the woods. In a clearer area the witness saw a light-brown arm-like shape swing down, while the companion reported seeing the upper body of a light-brown Sasquatch ducking behind cover. The witness photographed the spot and later revisited it to estimate height from a marker stick.
